Die Mitglieder Ihrer Bimplus Projekte laden Sie für jedes Projekt getrennt ein. Wird ein Projektmitglied zum ersten Mal überhaupt zur Teilnahme an Bimplus eingeladen, muss es seine Teilnahme explizit bestätigen, bevor es bei Bimplus registriert wird.

Auch die Rechtevergabe für die Projektmitglieder erfolgt projektspezifisch. Indem ein Bimplus Teilnehmer mehreren, auch in unterschiedlichen Bimplus Teams abgewickelten Projekten gleichzeitig zugeordnet sein kann, kann der gleiche Bimplus Teilnehmer in unterschiedlichen Projekten auch mit unterschiedlichen Rechten ausgestattet werden.

So laden Sie ein neues Mitglied in Ihr Projekt ein

  1. Rufen Sie das Navigationsmenü auf, indem Sie in der Titelleiste des Webportals BIMPLUS auf  Navigationsmenü einblenden klicken.

  2. Klicken Sie auf  Projektmitglieder.

    Die Mitglieder des aktuellen Projekts werden angezeigt.

  3. Klicken Sie im seitlichen Menü auf die Mitgliedergruppe, in die das neue Mitglied aufgenommen werden soll.

    Tipp: Sollte das seitliche Menü nicht angezeigt werden, klicken Sie in der linken Seitenleiste auf Image Added Seitliches Menü ein/ausblenden.


  4. Klicken Sie auf  Mitglied einladen.

    Oder:

    Klicken Sie bei der Mitgliedergruppe, in die das neue Mitglied eingeladen werden soll, auf  Optionen Kontextmenü und dann auf Mitglied einladen.

  5. Tragen Sie die E-Mail-Adresse des einzuladenden Mitglieds ein und wählen Sie die für ihn vorgesehene Mitgliedsrolle:

    Projektbetrachter
    Modelle, Dokumente und Tasks Issues ansehen / Dokumente herunterladen.

    Projektbearbeiter
    Wie „Projektbetrachter“, zusätzlich Modelle und Dokumente hochladen / Tasks Issues anlegen, bearbeiten und löschen / Projekteigenschaften bearbeiten / Kollisionserkennung durchführen.

    Projektadministrator

    Wie „Projektbearbeiter“, zusätzlich Modelle herunterladen oder löschen / Dokumente löschen / Mitglieder einladen und entfernen / Rollen vergeben / Attributsetvorlage zuweisen.

  6. Klicken Sie auf EINLADEN.

    Wenn der Eingeladene bereits bei Bimplus registriert ist:
    Eine E-Mail mit dem Link zum aktuellen Bimplus Projekt wird verschickt; der Eingeladene ist automatisch Mitglied dieses Projekts.

    Oder:

    Wenn der Eingeladene noch nicht bei Bimplus registriert ist:
    Eine E-Mail mit der Einladung zu Bimplus wird verschickt; der Eingeladene muss seine Teilnahme an Bimplus erst bestätigen, bevor er endgültig bei Bimplus registriert und in das aktuelle Projekt aufgenommen wird (siehe „Einladung zu Bimplus annehmen“).

You invite members to your Bimplus projects separately for each project. If you invite project members to take part in Bimplus for the first time ever, these members must confirm participation before they become registered Bimplus users of Bimplus.

You also assign rights to project members separately for each project. As a Bimplus participant can belong to several projects, which might be handled by different Bimplus teams, the same Bimplus participant can have different rights in different projects.

To invite a new member to your project

  1. If BIM Explorer is open:
    Show the dashboard by clicking Image Removed BIMPLUS on the title bar of the Bimplus portal.
    Select the Make sure the project to which you want to invite a new member so that it is the current project (see “Selecting the current Bimplus project”“).

  2. Select the navigation menu by clicking Image Added Show navigation menu on the title bar of the BIMPLUS web portal.

  3. Click Image Added Go to PROJECT DATA on the navigation menu and click Image Removed Project members.

    You can see the list showing the members of the current project.

  4. Click the member group to which you want to add a new member on the side menu.

    Tip: If you cannot see the side menu, click Image Added Toggle side menu at the bottom of the left sidebar.


  5. Click Image Added Invite member.

    Or:

    Go to the member group to which you want to invite a new member, click Image Added Options and then Image Added Invite member

    Click Image Removed INVITE MEMBER

  6. Enter the email address of the member you want to invite and select a the required member role:

    Project viewer
    A project viewer can view Viewing models, documents and tasks and download documents., and issues; downloading documents

    Project editor
    A project editor has the same Same rights as a project viewer. In addition, a project editor can upload , plus: uploading models and documents; creating, createediting, edit and delete tasks, edit project properties and check for clashes.and deleting issues; editing project properties; checking for clashes

    Project administrator

    A project administrator has the same Same rights as a project editor. In addition, a project administrator can download and delete models, delete documents, invite and remove members, assign roles and assign , plus: downloading and deleting models; deleting documents; inviting and removing members; assigning roles; assigning a property set template.

  7. Click Invite INVITE.

    If the person invited is a registered Bimplus user of Bimplus:
    The person invited gets an email with a link to the current Bimplus project; this person is automatically becomes a member of the Bimplus this project.

    Or:

    If the person invited is not a registered Bimplus user of Bimplus:
    The person invited gets an email with the invitation to Bimplus; this person must confirm participation in Bimplus before becoming a registered Bimplus user of Bimplus and a member of the current project (see “"Accepting the invitation to Bimplus”“).
