The most important details of a Bimplus document are available to all project members. You can find these details in the Properties palette:

  • Document name
  • Description
  • Document name
  • Document type
  • Owner
  • Created on and date of the last Update

If you have the required rights, you can also change these entries.

To show the Properties palette for a Bimplus document

This is only possible if ...

→ You have opened and logged in to the Bimplus portal ( portal.bimplus.net ) using your web browser
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")

  1. Click  BIMPLUS to open the main page of the Bimplus portal.

  2. If you are a member of several Bimplus teams:
    Select the Bimplus team to which the project is assigned.

  3. Click the project including the document of which you want to check or change the properties.

  4. Click Documents on the left sidebar.

    You can see a list of the current documents uploaded to the selected project.

  5. Click (on the right in the table header).

    The Properties palette opens.

  6. Click the document of which you want to check or change the properties.

  7. If you have added or changed properties:
    Click Save in the Properties palette.
