The Bimplus team licenses usually include a limited number of users. Only the team owner or team administrator can distribute the licenses to the team members.
A team administrator can manage all licenses available to a team, that is, both the Bimplus licenses and the Allplan Share licenses. Therefore, make sure a team member who does not belong to the company only has the member role.
To manage the licenses of the team members

- If you are the owner or administrator of several Bimplus teams:
Select the team whose licenses you want to manage. Click Team members on the left sidebar.
Tabs indicate the licenses available to your team.
Select the license.
You can see a list of the current members of the Bimplus team and all employees of your company who are registered users of Allplan Connect.
Select the check box of a member to assign the selected license to this member.
Or:
Clear the check box of a member to remove the selected license from this member.
Note on Allplan Share:
If your team has licenses for Allplan Share, you can manage these licenses using the Allplan Share tab. However, you can only assign a license to a team member who has already confirmed participation in Bimplus.
