Sobald ein Kollisionstask Kollisions-Issue als „gelöst“ deklariert wird, erhält der Ersteller des Tasks Issues per E-Mail eine entsprechende Nachricht. Er prüft daraufhin die Bewertung bzw. Lösung des Problems und entscheidet, ob der Task Issue tatsächlich geschlossen werden kann oder an den verantwortlichen Bearbeiter zurückgegeben werden muss.

  1. Klicken Sie in der E-Mail auf den Link, um den Kollisionstask Kollisions-Issue im Webportal BIMPLUS zu öffnen.

    Hinweis: Natürlich können Sie den Kollisionstask Kollisions-Issue auch direkt über das Task Board den Issue Manager im Webportal BIMPLUS oder die Palette Task Board Issue Manager in Allplan öffnen.


  2. Bewerten Sie den Lösungsvorschlag für die Kollision.

    Ist dieser als Lösung geeignet, klicken Sie auf Image Removed Taskdetails Sie auf auf Image Added Issue-Details (falls nicht bereits aktiv) und setzen den Status des Tasks Issues auf Geschlossen.

    Hinweis: Sind Sie mit der vorgeschlagenen Lösung nicht einverstanden, versehen Sie den Task Issue mit einer entsprechenden Anmerkung und setzen seinen Status zurück auf Offen. Der Task Issue wird dadurch zur erneuten Bearbeitung an den verantwortlichen Bearbeiter zurückverwiesen.


  3. Klicken Sie auf Speichern SPEICHERN.

    Der Kollisionstask Kollisions-Issue sowie die zugehörige Kollision werden aus dem Kollisionsmanagement entfernt; der Kollisionstask ehemalige Kollisions-Issue ist anschließend nur noch in der Liste der „normalen“ Tasks Issues im Task Board Issue Manager zu finden.

As soon as a clash task is "solved", the person who created this clash task gets an email with information about the new status.   1. Open the email and select the link to open the clash task on the BIMPLUS web portal.

    Note: Of course, you can also open the clash task directly on the task board of the BIMPLUS web portal or in the Task Board palette in Allplan.


  2. Check the solution for the clash task.

    If you are satisfied with the solution, click Task details and change the Status of the task to Closed.

    Note: If you are not satisfied with the solution, add a comment to the task and change its Status back to Open, thus returning the task for further editing to the person responsible.


  3. Click Save.

    This removes the clash task and its clash from the clash manager; the clash task is only in the list of usual tasks on the task board.
