    Um die Planungsdaten eines mit Allplan geplanten Fachmodells nach Bimplus hochladen zu können, muss das Allplan Projekt mit dem Bimplus Projekt verknüpft sein, in dem das Bauwerksmodell des gesamten Bauvorhabens gepflegt wird. Diese Verknüpfung wird beim jeweils erstmaligen Hochladen von Daten aus einem Allplan Projekt nach Bimplus geschlossen und ist irreversibel.

    Das für die Verknüpfung verwendete Bimplus Projekt wird i.d.R. von dem für das Bauvorhaben verantwortlichen BIM-Koordinator zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt über das Webportal Bimplus angelegt; in diesem Fall entscheiden Sie beim erstmaligen Hochladen lediglich, ob in diesem Projekt ein neues Fachmodell erzeugt oder ein Bestehendes aktualisiert, d.h. die letzte Revisionsfassung überschrieben werden soll. Alternativ kann das Bimplus Projekt, entsprechende Rechte vorausgesetzt, auch direkt während des erstmaligen Hochladens von Allplan aus neu angelegt werden.

    Bei jedem weiteren Upload aus einem solchen, mit einem Bimplus Projekt bereits verknüpften Allplan Projekt können weder das Bimplus Projekt noch das Modell gewechselt werden; in diesem Fall ist ausschließlich entweder eine Aktualisierung des bestehenden Modells oder das Erzeugen einer neuen Revisionsfassung vorgesehen.

    Hinweis: Jedes in Allplan neu angelegte Projekt erhält einen eindeutigen Identifikationscode. Auch wenn Sie beim Einspielen einer Projektsicherung in Allplan ein neues Projekt mit unveränderter Projektbezeichnung anlegen, unterscheidet sich der Identifikationscode des gesicherten Projekts von dem des während des Einspielens neu angelegten Projekts. Demnach bedeutet „zum ersten Mal hochladen“ in diesem Zusammenhang das Hochladen aus einem Allplan Projekt, dessen Identifikationscode mit keinem der Bimplus Projekte im aktuellen Bimplus Team verknüpft ist.

    Die Anmeldung bei Bimplus über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz und die Anmeldung bei Bimplus über das Bimplus Portal sind voneinander unabhängig. Wenn Sie sich über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz anmelden, sind Sie nicht automatisch ebenfalls über das Webportal Bimplus angemeldet und umgekehrt.

    Möchten Sie aus einem Allplan Projekt erstmalig Planungsdaten eines Fachmodells nach Bimplus hochladen, müssen Sie das Allplan Projekt zunächst mit dem entsprechenden Bimplus Projekt verknüpfen.

    Für die Verknüpfung verwenden Sie i.d.R. das vom zuständigen BIM-Koordinator für das Bauvorhaben bereits angelegte Bimplus Projekt. Alternativ kann das Bimplus Projekt auch während des Hochladens neu angelegt werden. Da jedoch nur der Eigentümer bzw. ein Administrator eines Bimplus Teams in seinem Team neue Bimplus Projekte anlegen darf, muss in diesem Fall der Teameigentümer oder ein Teamadministrator das erste Hochladen persönlich vornehmen.

    Wichtig!
    In jedem Fall ist die während des erstmaligen Hochladens geschlossene Eine bestehende Verknüpfung zwischen Allplan Projekt und Bimplus Projekt kann nur dadurch geändert werden, dass das für das Allplan Projekt angelegte Bimplus Projekt irreversibelModell aus dem Bimplus Projekt gelöscht wird (siehe „Fachmodelle löschen“).

    1. Schalten Sie alle Konstruktionselemente des Projekts sichtbar, die nach Bimplus hochgeladen werden sollen.

      Wählen Sie dazu für die betreffenden Teilbilder den Status aktiv, aktiv im Hintergrund oder passiv; schalten Sie alle betreffenden Layer sichtbar, indem Sie zumindest den Layerstatus sichtbar, gesperrt einstellen.

    2. Klicken Sie auf Modell nach Bimplus hochladen (Aufgabenbereich Zusammenarbeit Teamwork → Aufgabe Bimplus; bis Allplan V2017: Menü Datei -> Exportieren -> Bimplus Daten exportieren).

      Das Dialogfeld Modell nach Bimplus hochladen wird eingeblendet.

    3. Nur, wenn Sie Mitglied in mehreren Bimplus Teams sind:
      Wählen Sie im Bereich TEAM Team das Bimplus Team, in dem das Projekt bearbeitet werden soll.

    4. Wenn das vorgesehene Bimplus Projekt bereits angelegt ist:
      Wählen Sie im Bereich PROJEKT Projekt in der Tabelle Projekte das Bimplus Projekt, in das die Planungsdaten eingespielt werden sollen (für Projektadministratoren und Projektbearbeiter erlaubt).

      Oder:

      Wenn das vorgesehene Bimplus Projekt noch nicht angelegt ist:
      Klicken Sie im Bereich PROJEKT Projekt unterhalb der Tabelle Projekte auf  Neues Bimplus Projekt erzeugen und geben Sie den Namen für das anzulegende Bimplus Projekt an (ausschließlich für den Teameigentümer oder einen Teamadministrator erlaubt).

    5. Klicken Sie im Bereich PROJEKT Projekt unterhalb der Tabelle Modelle auf  Neues Bimplus Modell erzeugen und geben Sie den Namen für das anzulegende Bimplus Fachmodell an.

    6. Klicken Sie auf Hochladen.

      Das Allplan Projekt wird mit dem gewählten Bimplus Projekt verknüpft und die Planungsdaten werden nach Bimplus hochgeladen.

    7. Bestätigen Sie die nach Abschluss des Prozesses angezeigte Meldung mit OK.

      Informationen zum Bimplus Projekt, mit dem das aktuelle Allplan Projekt verknüpft ist, sowie das Bimplus Team, in dem dieses Bimplus Projekt bearbeitet wird, angezeigt.

      Bimplus Modell
      Name des Fachmodells, unter dem das aktuelle Allplan Projekt im Bimplus Projekt abgelegt ist.

    Planungsstand eines Allplan Projekts auf Bimplus aktualisieren

    Sobald ein Allplan Projekt mit einem Bimplus Projekt verknüpft ist, können Sie bei jedem Hochladen von Planungsdaten aus diesem Allplan Projekt entscheiden, ob der bestehende Planungsstand des Fachmodells aktualisiert, vollständig überschrieben oder eine neue Revisionsfassung des Modells angelegt werden soll.

    So that you can upload the planning data of a specialist model created in Allplan to Bimplus, the Allplan project must be linked with the Bimplus project containing the building model of the construction project. Being irreversible, this link will be created the first time you upload data from an Allplan project to Bimplus.

    Using the Bimplus web portal, the BIM coordinator responsible for the construction project usually creates the Bimplus project used for linking at an earlier stage. So the Bimplus project already exists. When uploading data for the first time, you simply decide whether you want to create a new specialist model in this project or update an existing model, that is to say, overwrite the last revision. As an alternative, you can also create the Bimplus project directly when you upload data from Allplan for the first time (provided you have the required rights).

    The next time you upload data from an Allplan project that is already linked with a Bimplus project, you can change neither the Bimplus project nor the model. In this case, you can only update the existing model or create a new revision.

    Note: Each new project you create in Allplan gets a unique ID. Even if you import a project backup to a new Allplan project with the same name as the original project, the ID of the backed up project is different from the ID of the new project. Therefore, in this context, "uploading for the first time" means uploading data from an Allplan project whose ID is not linked with any Bimplus project in the team.

    To upload data straight from Allplan to Bimplus, you must log in to Bimplus from your Allplan workstation. You get the necessary login details after registration with Bimplus.

    You can log in to Bimplus using Allplan independently of logging in to Bimplus using the Bimplus web portal. In other words, logging in to Bimplus using Allplan does not automatically log you in to Bimplus using the Bimplus web portal and vice versa.

    If you want to upload planning data of a specialist model from an Allplan project to Bimplus for the first time, you must link the Allplan project with the corresponding Bimplus project first.

    The Bimplus project used for linking is usually created by the BIM coordinator responsible for the construction project. As an alternative, you can also create a new Bimplus project while uploading the data. However, only the owner or an administrator of a Bimplus team can create new Bimplus projects in this team. Therefore, the team owner or a team administrator must upload the data for the first time.

    In any case, the link between the Allplan project and the Bimplus project is irreversible. This link will be created the first time you upload data.

      To do this, check the status of the drawing files, which should be set to current, open in edit mode or open in reference mode. Then check the status of the layers, which should be set to at least Visible, frozen.

    2. Click Upload Model to Bimplus (Teamwork task - Bimplus task area; Allplan V2017 and earlier: File menu - Export - Export Bimplus Data).

      The Upload Model to Bimplus dialog box opens.

    3. If you are a member of several Bimplus teams:
      Select the Bimplus team who is to edit the project in the TEAM area.

    4. If the Bimplus project already exists:
      Select the Bimplus project to which you want to upload the planning data (possible for project administrators and project editors) in the PROJECT area - Projects table.

      Or:

      If the Bimplus project does not exist:
      In the PROJECT area below the Projects table, click Create new Bimplus project and type a name for the new Bimplus project (only possible for the team owner or a team administrator).

    5. In the PROJECT area below the Models table, click Create new Bimplus model and type a name for the new Bimplus specialist model.

    6. Click Upload.

      The program links the Allplan project with the selected Bimplus project, uploading the planning data to Bimplus.

    7. As soon as the process has finished, you can see a message. Click OK to confirm this message.

    Updating the planning data of an Allplan project on Bimplus

    As soon as an Allplan project is linked with a Bimplus project, you can decide whether you want to update or overwrite the data of the specialist model or create a new revision of the model. You can decide this every time you upload planning data from this Allplan project to Bimplus.

      Updates the current model based on the selected design elements (see step 1) that have changed since the last upload.

      Upload current model again
      Replaces the current model with the design elements selected (see step 1).

      Create a new revision
      Creates a new revision of the model, keeping the original version. You can still display and edit the old version using the Bimplus web portal.

    5. Click Upload.

      This uploads the planning data from Allplan to Bimplus.

    6. As soon as the process has finished, you can see a message. Click OK to confirm this message.
