The most important details of a Bimplus document are available to all project members. You can find these details in the Properties palette:

  • Document name
  • Description
  • Document name
  • Document type
  • Owner
  • Created on and date of the last Update

If you have the required rights, you can also change these entries.

To show the Properties palette for a Bimplus document

  1. If BIM Explorer is open:
    Show the dashboard by clicking Image Added BIMPLUS on the title bar Click Image Removed BIMPLUS to open the main page of the Bimplus portal.
    If you are a member of several Bimplus teams:

  2. Select the Bimplus team to which the project is assigned.
    Click the project including the document of in which you want to check, add or change the properties .
    of a document so that it is the current project (see “Selecting the current Bimplus project”).

  3. Go to PROJECT DATA on the navigation menu and click Image Added DocumentsClick Image Removed Documents on the left sidebar.

    You can see a list an overview of the current documents uploaded to in the selected current project.

  4. Click Image Removed Image Added (on the right in side of the table header).

    The Properties palette opens.

  5. Click Go to the document overview and click the document of which you want to check or change the properties.

  6. If you have added or changed properties:
    Click Save in the Properties palette.
