Ein direktes Hochladen von Planungsdaten nach Bimplus aus anderen Clients (= Planungstools) als Allplan oder Revit ist nur dann möglich, wenn über das Bimplus API (application programming interface) ein entsprechender Service für den Client programmiert wurde.

Ist dies nicht der Fall, müssen die Planungsdaten zunächst im IFC- oder SketchUp-Format (Straßenachsen auch im LandXML-Format) aus dem Planungstool exportiert und dann die Dateien nach Bimplus hochgeladen werden.

Im Gegensatz zum direkten Hochladen aus Allplan, bei dem das zugehörige Bimplus Projekt auch erst während des ersten Hochladens angelegt werden kann, muss zum Hochladen von Planungsdaten aus anderen Clients einer Datei das Bimplus Projekt bereits angelegt sein (Ausnahme wiederum: Für den Client wurde ein entsprechender Service programmiert).

Wenn Sie den ersten Planungsstand Ihrer Fachplanung zu einem Bauvorhaben nach Bimplus hochladen, legen Sie im betreffenden Bimplus Projekt i.d.R. für Ihre Fachplanung ein eigenes Fachmodell an. Dieses Modell pflegen Sie im weiteren Verlauf des Planungsfortschritts.

So legen Sie in einem Bimplus Projekt ein neues Modell für Ihre Fachplanung an

  1. Rufen Sie das Navigationsmenü auf, indem Sie in der Titelleiste des Webportals BIMPLUS auf  Navigationsmenü einblenden klicken.

  2. Klicken Sie auf Modelle hochladen und verwalten.

    Die für das aktuelle Projekt vorhandenen Fachmodelle werden angezeigt.

  3. Klicken Sie auf  Modell hinzufügen.
    Wählen , wählen Sie im Dialogfeld Datei hochladen die gewünschte IFC- oder SketchUp-Datei.
    Klicken Sie auf ÖffnenDatei und klicken Sie auf Öffnen.

    Oder:

    Ziehen Sie die Datei aus dem Windows Explorer direkt in den zentralen Arbeitsbereich.

  4. Geben Sie im Dialogfeld Modell hinzufügen unter Modellname eine Bezeichnung für Ihr Fachmodell an.

    Unter der hier gewählten Bezeichnung finden Sie Ihre Planungsdaten nach dem Import in Bimplus u.a. im BIM Explorer wieder.

  5. Klicken Sie auf Hochladen HOCHLADEN.

    Ihre Planungsdaten werden nach Bimplus hochgeladen.

  6. Schließen Sie das Dialogfeld Modell hinzufügen nach Abschluss des Uploads mit SCHLIESSEN.

Um im weiteren Verlauf des Planungsfortschritts Ihr ein Bimplus Fachmodell auf dem aktuellsten Stand zu halten, aktualisieren Sie Ihren den auf Bimplus gespeicherten Planungsstand des Fachmodells in den von Ihnen festzulegenden Abständen.

Dabei können Sie jeweils entscheiden, ob der aktuelle Stand überschrieben oder eine neue Revisionsfassung angelegt wird.bisherige Stand mit dem neuen Stand synchronisiert (d. h. lediglich die geänderten Elemente werden aktualisiert, die neu hinzugekommenen werden ergänzt) oder vollständig ersetzt werden soll. Zusätzlich können Sie wählen, ob dafür eine neue Revisionsfassung angelegt oder die bestehende Revision beibehalten wird.

Im Dialogfeld Modell aktualisieren haben Sie dafür folgende Einstellmöglichkeiten:

   Image Added

Mit dieser Einstellung werden nur die Objekte hochgeladen, die geändert oder neu hinzugefügt wurden. Gelöschte Objekte werden aus dem Modell entfernt. Die Revisionsnummer bleibt unverändert.

Dieser Modus ist schneller als die Modi mit den Optionen Modelldaten ersetzen und Modell neu hochladen.

   Image Added

Mit dieser Einstellung werden nur die Objekte hochgeladen, die geändert oder neu hinzugefügt wurden. Dazu wird ein neuer Revisionsstand erzeugt, in den die unveränderten Objekte aus dem bisherigen Revisionsstand übernommen werden. Der bisherige Revisionsstand bleibt unverändert erhalten.

Dieser Modus ist schneller als die Modi mit den Optionen Modelldaten ersetzen und Modell neu hochladen.

Mit dieser Einstellung werden alle Objekte des Modells vollständig neu hochgeladen. Sämtliche Objekte aus dem bisherigen Revisionsstand werden gelöscht. Issues, Spots, Kommentare usw. bleiben unverändert erhalten. Auch die Revisionsnummer bleibt unverändert.

   Image Added

Mit dieser Einstellung werden alle Objekte des Modells vollständig neu hochgeladen. Dazu wird ein neuer Revisionsstand erzeugt, in den Issues, Spots, Kommentare usw. unverändert übernommen werden. Der bisherige Revisionsstand bleibt unverändert erhalten.

    Klicken Sie in der Zeile des Modells, das aktualisiert werden soll, in Spalte Optionen auf  Modell aktualisieren oder neue Version erzeugen.

    Öffnen Sie im seitlichen Menü den Strukturbaum, klicken Sie bei dem Image Removed Modell, das aktualisiert werden soll, auf Image Removed Optionen und dann auf Image Removed Modell aktualisieren.

    Überschreibt das aktuelle Modell mit dem in der Datei enthaltenen Planungsstand.

    Neue Revision

    Erzeugt einen neuen Revisionsstand des Modells; die ursprüngliche Fassung bleibt erhalten und kann über das Webportal BIMPLUS auch weiterhin angezeigt und bearbeitet werden.

You can upload planning data directly to Bimplus from clients (= planning tools) other than Allplan or Revit only if an appropriate service is available for the client. Use the Bimplus API (application programming interface) to program this service.

If such a service is not available, you must export the planning data in IFC format or SketchUp format from the planning tool before you can upload the data to Bimplus.

As opposed to uploading data directly from Allplan, uploading data from other clients a file requires an existing Bimplus project. In other words, you must create the Bimplus project before you upload data from other clients to Bimplus for the first time. However, if an appropriate service is available for the client, you do not need to create the Bimplus project in advance.

When you add your own planning data to a construction project by uploading the data to Bimplus for the first time, you usually create your own specialist model in the Bimplus project. You maintain this model over the course of the construction project.

To create a new specialist model in a Bimplus project

  1. Make sure the project for which you want to create a new specialist model is the current project (see “Selecting the current Bimplus project”)

  2. Select the navigation menu by clicking Show navigation menu on the title bar of the BIMPLUS web portal.

  3. Click Models Upload and administrate models.

    You can see the specialist models of the current project.

  4. Click  Add model.

  5. Select the required IFC file or SketchUp file in the Open dialog box.

  6. Click Open.

  7. You can see the Add model dialog box. Enter a name for the specialist model in the Model name box.

    This is the name by which you can identify the planning data after import to Bimplus.

  8. Click Upload.

    This uploads the planning data to Bimplus.

  9. As soon as the upload is complete, close the Add model dialog box by clicking CLOSE.

To keep the planning data of your specialist model up to date over the course of the construction project, you must update the planning data saved on Bimplus at regular intervals.

Each time you do this, you can decide to synchronize the current data with the new data or to overwrite the current data or to create a new revisionit completely. Further on you decide, whether a new revision is created or not.

In the dialog box Update Model you get the following options:

   Image Added

This option uploads only those objects, which have been changed or added new to the model data. Deleted objects will be removed from the model. The model revision remains the same.

    If Image Modified Table view is selected:
    Go to the Options column of the model that you want to update and click Update model or create new /New revision.

    Open the tree structure on the side menu. Go to the Image Removed Model that you want to update, click Image Removed Options and then Image Removed Update model.


  5. Select the required IFC file or SketchUp file in the Open dialog box.

  6. Click Open.

  7. You can see the Update model dialog box. Decide whether you want to overwrite the existing model or create a new revision:

    Update
    Overwrites the current model with the planning data in the file.

    New revision

    Creates a new revision of the model, keeping the original version. You can still view and edit the original version on the BIMPLUS web portal

    to synchronize it with the new model data and furtheron a new revision shall be created (see above).

  8. Click UPLOAD.

    This uploads the updated planning data to Bimplus.
