To include the clashes in task management, you need to create a separate task for each clash detected. Depending on the edit status, each clash task goes from ‘open’ to ‘solved’ to ‘closed’.

To create a task for a clash

1. Create a task for each clash detected (red). To do this,

go to

2. click Image Added Show table of clashes in the Clashes line of the relevant object class

and click Image Removed Show table of clashes

   The Clashes table opens at the top.
   
   

4. Click within any column of the clash for which you want to create a task.

   The Clash properties palette opens on the right.
   
   

5. Click New task.

   The Clash properties palette closes

and

6. ; the Details palette opens.
   
   

7. Enter details for this clash task (see "Creating, retrieving and editing tasks using the Bimplus portal").
   
   

8. Click Save.

   The Responsible person and the persons behind Email CC addresses get emails, informing them of the new clash task. At the same time, the program removes this clash from the Clashes table.
   
   

9. Display the Clash tasks table. To do this,

go to

10. click Image Added Show table of clash tasks in the Open clash tasks line of the relevant object class

and click Image Removed Show table of clash tasks

    The Clash tasks table includes the new clash task you just created. When you look at the Status column, you can see that this clash task is set to Open.
