Display defaultIn Allplan können Sie auf direktem Weg, also ohne einen Webbrowser benützen zu müssen, mit Bimplus und damit mit Ihren Planungspartnern kommunizieren. Über die Palette Task Board rufen Sie hierzu die zu einem Bimplus Projekt angelegten Tasks von der Webplattform Bimplus ab, legen dort von Allplan aus neue Tasks an oder bearbeiten bestehende Tasks.
Wichtig!
Voraussetzung ist, dass das Allplan Projekt mit dem betreffenden Bimplus Projekt verknüpft ist, d. h. die Allplan Projektdaten zumindest einmalig nach Bimplus hochgeladen wurden. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, verknüpfen Sie das Allplan Projekt zunächst mit dem Bimplus Projekt (siehe „Planungsdaten erstmalig hochladen“).

So blenden Sie die Palette Task Board in Allplan ein
Voraussetzungen:
→ Allplan ist gestartet
Zeigen Sie im Menü Ansicht auf Symbolleisten und klicken sie auf Task Board.
Nur, wenn Sie noch nicht über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet sind:
Melden Sie sich über das Dialogfeld Bimplus an (siehe „In Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“).
Tasks in Allplan abrufen
So rufen Sie die zu einem Bimplus Projekt angelegten Tasks in Allplan ab
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie sind über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet (siehe „In Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“)
→ Ein mit dem Bimplus Projekt verknüpftes Allplan Projekt ist geöffnet
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (alle Mitglieder des Bimplus Projektteams)
Wählen Sie die Palette Task Board (siehe „Palette Task Board in Allplan einblenden“).
Klicken Sie in die rechte Spalte des Task, dessen Detailinformationen Sie abrufen möchten.
In der Palette Details werden die zu diesem Task hinterlegten Informationen (analog zur Palette Details im Bimplus Portal) angezeigt.
Task von Allplan aus anlegen
So legen Sie einen neuen Task zu einem Bimplus Projekt von Allplan aus an
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie sind über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet (siehe „In Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“)
→ Ein mit dem Bimplus Projekt verknüpftes Allplan Projekt ist geöffnet
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (Kontoinhaber, Projektadministrator oder Projektbearbeiter im Bimplus Projektteam)
Stellen Sie im aktiven Grafikfenster die Perspektive des Bauwerksmodells ein, die zu dem neuen Task gespeichert werden soll.
Wählen Sie die Palette Task Board (siehe „Palette Task Board in Allplan einblenden“).
Klicken Sie auf Neuer Task.
Die Palette Details wird eingeblendet.Geben Sie die Detailinformationen zum Task ein.
Hinweis: Darüber hinaus können Sie an jeden Task Kommentare oder weiterführende Informationen in Form von Dateien oder Web-Links anhängen (siehe „Kommentare und weiterführende Informationen an Objekte anhängen“).
Möchten Sie den Fokus auf einen speziellen Punkt setzen, platzieren Sie eine Markierung auf diesem Punkt.
Klicken Sie dazu auf Markierung, dann auf Markierung hinzufügen und schließlich in der Gesamtansicht auf den Punkt, auf dem die Markierung platziert werden soll.Möchten Sie den Fokus auf einzelne Elemente setzen, markieren Sie diese mit Markierungsfarbe.
Aktivieren Sie dazu die Schaltfläche Elemente markieren, klicken Sie das oder die Elemente an und bestätigen Sie mit der rechten Maustaste.Klicken Sie auf Speichern.
Der Task wird angelegt und die in Schritt 1 eingestellte Ansicht zusammen mit dem Task gespeichert. Die unter Verantwortliche Person und E-Mail Kopie eingetragenen Adressaten werden per E-Mail über den neuen Task in Kenntnis gesetzt.
Tasks von Allplan aus bearbeiten
So bearbeiten Sie einen Task von Allplan aus
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie sind über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet (siehe „In Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“)
→ Ein mit dem Bimplus Projekt verknüpftes Allplan Projekt ist geöffnet
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (Kontoinhaber, Projektadministrator oder Projektbearbeiter im Bimplus Projektteam)
Wählen Sie die Palette Task Board (siehe „Palette Task Board in Allplan einblenden“).
Klicken Sie in die rechte Spalte des Task, den Sie bearbeiten möchten.
In der Palette Details werden die zu diesem Task aktuell hinterlegten Informationen (analog zur Palette Details im Bimplus Portal) angezeigt.Ändern Sie die gewünschten Detailinformationen zum Task.
Klicken Sie auf Speichern.
Die unter Verantwortliche Person und E-Mail Kopie eingetragenen Adressaten werden per E-Mail über die Änderung des Task in Kenntnis gesetzt.
Tasks von Allplan aus löschen
So löschen Sie von Allplan aus einen Task aus einem Bimplus Projekt
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie sind über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet (siehe „In Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“)
→ Ein mit dem Bimplus Projekt verknüpftes Allplan Projekt ist geöffnet
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (Kontoinhaber, Projektadministrator oder Projektbearbeiter im Bimplus Projektteam)
Wählen Sie die Palette Task Board (siehe „Palette Task Board in Allplan einblenden“).
Klicken Sie in die rechte Spalte des Task, den Sie löschen möchten.
Die Palette Details wird eingeblendet.- Klicken Sie auf Löschen.
- Beantworten Sie die Sicherheitsabfrage mit Ja.
