Ein direktes Hochladen von Planungsdaten nach Bimplus aus anderen Clients (= Planungstools) als Allplan ist nur dann möglich, wenn über das Bimplus API (application programming interface) ein entsprechender Service für den Client programmiert wurde.

Ist dies nicht der Fall, müssen die Planungsdaten zunächst im IFC- oder SketchUp-Format aus dem Planungstool exportiert und dann die Dateien nach Bimplus hochgeladen werden.

Im Gegensatz zum direkten Hochladen aus Allplan, bei dem das zugehörige Bimplus Projekt auch erst während des ersten Hochladens angelegt werden kann, muss zum Hochladen von Planungsdaten aus anderen Clients das Bimplus Projekt bereits angelegt sein (Ausnahme wiederum: Für den Client wurde ein entsprechender Service programmiert).

Wenn Sie den ersten Planungsstand Ihrer Fachplanung zu einem Bauvorhaben nach Bimplus hochladen, legen Sie im betreffenden Bimplus Projekt i.d.R. für Ihre Fachplanung ein eigenes Fachmodell an. Dieses Modell pflegen Sie im weiteren Verlauf des Planungsfortschritts.

So legen Sie in einem Bimplus Projekt ein neues Modell für Ihre Fachplanung an

  1. Blenden Sie die Hauptseite des Bimplus Portals Nur, wenn Sie sich im BIM Explorer befinden:
    Blenden Sie das Dashboard ein, indem Sie auf in der Titelleiste des Bimplus Portals auf Image Modified BIMPLUS klicken.
    Nur, wenn Sie Mitglied in mehreren Bimplus Teams sind:

  3. Klicken Sie im Navigationsmenü unter PROJEKTDATEN Klicken Sie in der linken Seitenleiste auf  Modelle.

    Die Liste Übersicht der zum gewählten aktuellen Projekt aktuell vorhandenen Fachmodelle wird angezeigt.

  4. Klicken Sie auf Image RemovedImage Added MODELL HINZUFÜGEN.

  5. Wählen Sie im Dialogfeld Datei hochladen die gewünschte IFC- oder SketchUp-Datei.

  6. Klicken Sie auf Öffnen.

  7. Geben Sie im Dialogfeld Neues Modell hinzufügen unter Modellname eine Bezeichnung für Ihr Fachmodell an.

    Unter der hier gewählten Bezeichnung finden Sie Ihre Planungsdaten nach dem Import in Bimplus u.a. im BIM Explorer wieder.

  8. Klicken Sie auf Hochladen.

    Ihre Planungsdaten werden nach Bimplus hochgeladen.

  9. Beantworten Sie die Quittungsmeldung mit SchließenSchließen Sie das Dialogfeld Modell hinzufügen nach Abschluss des Uploads mit SCHLIESSEN.

Um im weiteren Verlauf des Planungsfortschritts Ihr Bimplus Fachmodell auf dem aktuellsten Stand zu halten, aktualisieren Sie Ihren auf Bimplus gespeicherten Planungsstand in den von Ihnen festzulegenden Abständen.

Dabei können Sie jeweils entscheiden, ob der aktuelle Stand überschrieben oder eine neue Revisionsfassung angelegt wird.

  4. Lassen Sie die Modellübersicht in der Listenansicht darstellen.

    Klicken Sie dazu auf Image Added (unterhalb Ihres Benutzernamens).

  5. Klicken Sie in der Zeile des Modells, das aktualisiert werden soll, in Spalte Optionen auf  Modell hochladen oder neue Revision erzeugen.

  6. Wählen Sie im Dialogfeld Datei hochladen die gewünschte IFC- oder SketchUp-Datei.

  7. Klicken Sie auf Öffnen.

  8. Bestimmen Sie im folgenden Dialogfeld Modell aktualisieren, ob das bestehende Modell überschrieben oder ein neuer Revisionsstand erzeugt werden soll:

    AktualisierenModell aktualisieren
    Überschreibt das aktuelle Modell mit dem in der Datei enthaltenen Planungsstand.

    Neue Revision

    Erzeugt einen neuen Revisionsstand des Modells; die ursprüngliche Fassung bleibt erhalten und kann über das Webportal Bimplus auch weiterhin angezeigt und bearbeitet werden.

  9. Klicken Sie auf Hochladen HOCHLADEN.

    Ihre aktualisierten Planungsdaten werden nach Bimplus hochgeladen.
    Beantworten Sie die Quittungsmeldung mit Schließen.

You can only upload planning data from clients (= planning tools) other than Allplan directly to Bimplus if an appropriate service is available for the client. This service must be programmed using the Bimplus API (application programming interface).

If such a service is not available, you first need to export the planning data in IFC format or SketchUp format from the planning tool before you can upload the data to Bimplus.

As opposed to uploading data straight from Allplan, uploading data from other clients requires an existing Bimplus project. In other words, you must create the Bimplus project before you upload data from other clients to Bimplus for the first time. However, if an appropriate service is available for the client, you do not need to create the Bimplus project in advance.

When you add your own planning data to a construction project for the first time by uploading the data to Bimplus, you usually create your own specialist model in the relevant Bimplus project. You maintain this model over the course of the construction project.

  1. Click BIMPLUS to open the main page of the Bimplus portal.

  2. If you are a member of several Bimplus teams:
    Select the Bimplus team to which the project is assigned.

  3. Click the project to which you want to upload the planning data.

  4. Click Models on the left sidebar.

    You can see a list of the current specialist models in the selected project.

  5. Click  ADD MODEL.

  6. Select the required file in the Upload file dialog box.

  7. Click Open.

  8. You can see the Add new model dialog box. Type a name for the specialist model in the Model name box.

    This is the name by which you can identify the planning data after import in Bimplus.

  9. Click Upload.

    This uploads the planning data to Bimplus.

  10. Click Close to confirm the prompt.

To keep the planning data of your specialist model up to date over the course of the construction project, you must update the planning data saved on Bimplus at regular intervals.

Every time you do this, you can decide to overwrite the current data or to create a new revision.

  8. Another dialog box opens. Choose to overwrite the existing model or to create a new revision:

    Update model
    Overwrites the current model with the planning data in the file.

    New revision

    Creates a new revision of the model, keeping the original version. You can still display and edit the old version using the Bimplus web portal.

  9. Click Upload.

    This uploads the updated planning data to Bimplus.

  10. Click Close to confirm the prompt.
