To show the task board in display the Task Board on the Bimplus portal- Click Show Task Board on the left sidebar.
The Task Board opens above at the full viewtop. The table lists the tasks of created for the current Bimplus project.

- Select an appropriate perspective view of the building model in the full view. Make sure all objects you need are clearly visible. This is the view Bimplus will save be saved together with the new task.
- Click Image Removed New task on the right sidebar.
The New task palette opens. Enter at least a name for the new task and click SaveGo to the toolbar at the bottom and click Image Added Create task. The Details palette opens on the right.
Enter Click Image Added Task details and enter detailed information about the new this task.
To add a comment, attachment or hyperlink, click Image Added Comments, Image Added Attachments or Image Added Hyperlinks Info | Note: Tasks can be given comments or further information in the form of files or hyperlinks (see "Attaching comments and further information to objectstasks").

The Details palette opens, displaying detailed information about this task. The details you can see are the same as those in the Task Board palette in Allplan.
Click Image Added Task details and change the task details.
To add or change a comment, attachment or hyperlink, click Image Added Comments, Image Added Attachments or Image Added Hyperlinks respectively (see "Attaching further information to tasks").
- If you want, you can place a new spot (see "Placing spots for a task").

To use the Bimplus portal to place a spot for a task in the building model- Go to the Task Board and click within any column of the task for which you want to place a spot.
The Details palette opens on the right.
- Click Image Added Spots.
- Click Add spot. Then click to place the spot in full view.

Important! The project must include the associated model containing with the objects that are linked with the relevant task must be part of the projectdescribed in the task. Otherwise, Bimplus the program can neither use nor display BCF files correctly. Therefore, load the model into your project before you import BCF files. |
Go to the toolbar of the Task Board and click Import BCF file to Bimplus at top right.
The Upload file dialog box opens. Select the BCF file containing the task you want to import (usually ending in *.BCFZIP).
Click Open. Bimplus This creates a new task, importing writing the contents of the BCF file to this task.
↑ Go to top Select the task you want to export to a BCF file. Go to the Task Board and click in within any column of the relevant task you want to export.
Go to the toolbar of the Task Board and click Export task to BCF file at top right. The BCF created dialog box opens.
Select whether you want You can choose to save the file locally to on your computer or to immediately send the file to the responsible relevant persons at once. To do this, select the Select Download or Share file option respectively.
