So blenden Sie im Webportal BIMPLUS den Issue Manager ein
Voraussetzungen:
→ Das Bimplus Projekt ist in den BIM Explorer geladen (siehe „Loading the building model into BIM Explorer“
Klicken Sie in der linken Seitenleiste des BIM Explorers auf
Issue Manager anzeigen.Am linken Rand der Gesamtansicht wird die Palette Issue Manager eingeblendet, in der die zum aktuellen Bimplus Projekt angelegten Issues angezeigt werden. Mithilfe der individuell definierbaren FILTERKRITERIEN können Sie die Issues nach unterschiedlichen Kategorien filtern und sortieren.
Tipp : Möchten Sie die Palette Issue Manager temporär ausblenden, klicken Sie erneut auf
Issue Manager anzeigen.Aktivieren Sie für die Issues, die im Issue Board angezeigt werden sollen, das Kontrollfeld Issue(s) wählen.
Am oberen Rand der Gesamtansicht wird das Issue Board eingeblendet, in dessen Tabelle die wichtigsten Informationen zu den in der Palette Issue Manager ausgewählten Issues aufgelistet werden.
Eigenschaften von Issues abrufen
So rufen Sie über das Webportal BIMPLUS die Eigenschaften eines Issues ab
Voraussetzungen:
→ Das Bimplus Projekt ist in den BIM Explorer geladen (siehe „Loading the building model into BIM Explorer“)
→ Die Palette Issue Manager ist eingeblendet (siehe „Issue Manager einblenden“)
Klicken Sie entweder in der Palette Issue Manager oder im Issue Board auf den Issue, dessen Eigenschaften Sie abrufen möchten.
Am rechten Rand der Gesamtansicht wird die Palette Issue-Eigenschaften eingeblendet. Die zu diesem Issue aktuell hinterlegten Eigenschaften werden hier angezeigt.
Gleichzeitig wird für das Bauwerksmodell in der Gesamtansicht die Perspektive eingestellt, die aktuell zum Issue gespeichert ist; alle erforderlichen Fachmodelle, Objekttypen und Strukturstufen der Bauwerksstruktur werden automatisch aktiviert.
Neue Issues anlegen
So legen Sie über das Webportal BIMPLUS einen neuen Issue an
Voraussetzungen:
→ Das Bimplus Projekt ist in den BIM Explorer geladen (siehe „Loading the building model into BIM Explorer“)
→ Die Palette Issue Manager ist eingeblendet (siehe „Issue Manager einblenden“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
- Stellen Sie in der Gesamtansicht die Perspektive sowie Art und Umfang der Darstellung des Bauwerksmodells ein, die zu dem neuen Issue gespeichert werden soll.
Klicken Sie in der Palette Issue Manager auf
Issue erzeugen.Oder:
Klicken Sie in der Werkzeugleiste des BIM Explorers (unterer Bereich der Gesamtansicht) auf
Issue erzeugen.Am rechten Rand der Gesamtansicht wird die Palette Issue-Eigenschaften eingeblendet.
Klicken Sie auf
Issue-Details (falls nicht bereits aktiv) und geben Sie die Detailinformationen zum Issue ein.
Klicken Sie auf SPEICHERN.
Oder:
Klicken Sie auf VERÖFFENTLICHEN.
Der Issue wird angelegt und die in Schritt 1 eingestellte Ansicht zusammen mit dem Issue gespeichert. Haben Sie den Issue sofort veröffentlicht, werden die unter Verantwortlich und CC E-Mail eingetragenen Adressaten per E-Mail über den neuen Issue in Kenntnis gesetzt.
Möchten Sie einen Kommentar, einen Anhang, einen Hyperlink oder einen Link auf ein Dokument hinzufügen, klicken Sie auf

Hyperlinks bzw.

Spots setzen
So setzen Sie über das Webportal BIMPLUS zu einem Issue einen Spot am Bauwerksmodell
Voraussetzungen:

→ Die Palette Issue Manager ist eingeblendet (siehe „Issue Manager einblenden“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Rufen Sie für den betreffenden Issue die Palette Issue-Eigenschaften auf (siehe „Eigenschaften von Issues abrufen“).
- Klicken Sie auf
Spots. - Klicken Sie auf SPOT HINZUFÜGEN und dann in der Gesamtansicht auf den Punkt, auf dem der Spot platziert werden soll.
Perspektive zu Issues ändern
Die zu jedem Issue gespeicherte Perspektive des Bauwerksmodells kann unabhängig von den übrigen zum Issue hinterlegten Informationen gleichermaßen über das Webportal BIMPLUS wie auch von Allplan aus geändert werden.
So ändern Sie über das Webportal BIMPLUS die zu einem Issue gespeicherte Perspektive
Voraussetzungen:
→ Das Bimplus Projekt ist in den BIM Explorer geladen (siehe „Loading the building model into BIM Explorer“)
→ Die Palette Issue Manager ist eingeblendet (siehe „Issue Manager einblenden“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Rufen Sie für den betreffenden Issue die Palette Issue-Eigenschaften auf (siehe „Eigenschaften von Issues abrufen“).
- Klicken Sie auf Issue-Details und dann in der 3D-VORSCHAU auf BEARBEITEN.
- Ändern Sie in der Gesamtansicht die Perspektive so, wie sie zum Issue gespeichert werden soll.
Klicken Sie auf SPEICHERN.
Die unter Verantwortlich und CC E-Mail eingetragenen Adressaten werden per E-Mail über die Änderung des Issues in Kenntnis gesetzt. In Allplan wird die neue Perspektive automatisch beim nächsten Aufruf des Issues eingestellt.
Issues als BCF-Datei importieren oder exportieren
Um eine möglichst reibungslose Kommunikation mit Ihren Planungspartnern zu gewährleisten, können Sie direkt über das Webportal BIMPLUS als BCF-Datei vorliegende Issues in ein Bimplus Projekt importieren oder zu einem Bimplus Projekt vorhandene Issues als BCF-Datei exportieren.
Wichtig!
Das zugehörige Modell mit dem oder den Objekten, auf die sich ein Issue bezieht, muss im Projekt vorhanden sein. Andernfalls ist die korrekte Verwendung und Anzeige von BCF-Dateien nicht möglich. Laden Sie dieses daher jeweils vor dem Import in Ihr Projekt.
So importieren Sie über das Webportal BIMPLUS Issues aus einer BCF-Datei
Voraussetzungen:
→ Das Bimplus Projekt ist in den BIM Explorer geladen (siehe „Loading the building model into BIM Explorer“)
→ Die Palette Issue Manager ist eingeblendet (siehe „Issue Manager einblenden“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Öffnen Sie mit den
Optionen in der Kopfzeile der Issue-Liste (neben dem Eingabefeld für die 
Suche ) das übergeordnete Kontextmenü und klicken Sie dort auf 
BCF Import.Wählen Sie im Dialogfeld Datei hochladen die BCF-Datei, die den oder die zu importierenden Issues enthält (Datei-Erweiterung i.d.R. *.BCFZIP).
Klicken Sie auf Öffnen.
Die in der BCF-Datei enthaltenen Issues werden in das aktuelle Bimplus Projekt importiert.
So exportieren Sie über das Webportal BIMPLUS einen Issue in eine BCF-Datei
Voraussetzungen:
→ Das Bimplus Projekt ist in den BIM Explorer geladen (siehe „Loading the building model into BIM Explorer“)
→ Die Palette Issue Manager ist eingeblendet (siehe „Issue Manager einblenden“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Zeigen Sie auf den Issue, den Sie exportieren möchten, rufen Sie mit den dann eingeblendeten
Optionen das Kontextmenü zu diesem Issue auf und klicken Sie dort auf 
Export nach BCF.Das Dialogfeld BCF Export wird eingeblendet.
Hinweis : Im BCF-Format können Sie nur Issues exportieren, die bereits veröffentlicht wurden. Als Entwurf gespeicherte Issues müssen vor dem Export veröffentlicht werden.
Wählen Sie das BCF-Format ( BCF 2.0 oder BCF 2.1 ).
Entscheiden Sie, ob Sie die BCF-Datei lokal auf Ihrem Arbeitsplatz speichern oder für andere Planungsbeteiligte zum direkten Download von Bimplus freigeben möchten.

Um einen besseren Überblick v.a. bei einer umfangreichen Issue-Liste zu behalten, können Sie die Issues eines Bimplus Projekts als Excel-Tabelle exportieren.
So exportieren Sie über das Webportal BIMPLUS Issues eines Bimplus Projekts in eine Excel-Datei
Voraussetzungen:
→ Das Bimplus Projekt ist in den BIM Explorer geladen (siehe „Loading the building model into BIM Explorer“)
→ Die Palette Issue Manager ist eingeblendet (siehe „Issue Manager einblenden“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Markieren Sie die Issues, die Sie exportieren möchten, indem Sie das jeweilige Kontrollfeld Issue(s) wählen in der rechten Spalte aktivieren.

Voraussetzungen:

→ Die Palette Issue Manager ist eingeblendet (siehe „Issue Manager einblenden“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Rufen Sie für den betreffenden Issue die Palette Issue-Eigenschaften auf (siehe „Eigenschaften von Issues abrufen“).
- Klicken Sie auf
Reports.Die an dem Issue durchgeführten Änderungen werden in chronologischer Reihenfolge angezeigt. Ausgewiesen werden jeweils Autor, Datum, Uhrzeit und Art der Änderung.
Issues löschen
So löschen Sie über das Webportal BIMPLUS einen einzelnen Issue aus einem Bimplus Projekt
Voraussetzungen:
→ Das Bimplus Projekt ist in den BIM Explorer geladen (siehe „Loading the building model into BIM Explorer“)
→ Die Palette Issue Manager ist eingeblendet (siehe „Issue Manager einblenden“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Zeigen Sie auf den Issue, den Sie löschen möchten, rufen Sie mit den dann eingeblendeten
Optionen das Kontextmenü zu diesem Issue auf und klicken Sie dort auf 
L öschen.Beantworten Sie die Sicherheitsabfrage mit LÖSCHEN.
ACHTUNG!

You communicate with your planning partners via the Issue Manager on the BIMPLUS web portal.
By using the Issue Manager, you can retrieve the issues of a Bimplus project from the Bimplus web platform. In addition, you can create new issues or edit existing issues.

Showing the issue manager
To show the Issue Manager on the BIMPLUS web portal
This is only possible if ...
→ The Bimplus project is loaded in BIM Explorer (see “Loading the building model into BIM Explorer”)
Click
Show Issue Manager on the left sidebar of BIM Explorer.The Issue Manager palette appears on the left side, displaying the issues of the current Bimplus project. By means of custom FILTER CRITERIA, you can filter and sort the issues by various categories.
Tip : To hide the Issue Manager palette, click
Show Issue Manager again.Select the issues that you want to display on the Issue Board by selecting the required Select issue(s) check boxes in the right column.
The Issue Board appears at the top. Its table lists the most important information about the issues selected in the Issue Manager palette.
Retrieving properties of issues
To retrieve detailed information about an issue on the BIMPLUS web portal
This is only possible if ...
→ The Bimplus project is loaded in BIM Explorer (see “Loading the building model into BIM Explorer”)
→ The Issue Manager palette is open (see “Showing the issue manager“)
Click the issue whose properties you want to retrieve in the Issue Manager palette or on the Issue Board.
The Issue properties palette appears on the right side. It displays the current properties of this issue.
In addition, you can see the perspective of the building model in full view. This is the perspective that is currently saved for the issue. Bimplus automatically selects all required specialist models, object types, and structural levels of the building structure.
Creating new issues
To create a new issue on the BIMPLUS web portal
This is only possible if ...
→ The Bimplus project is loaded in BIM Explorer (see “Loading the building model into BIM Explorer”)
→ The Issue Manager palette is open (see “Showing the issue manager“)
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
- Select an appropriate perspective of the building model in full view. This perspective will be saved together with the new issue.
Click
Create issue in the Issue Manager palette.Or:
Click
Create issue on the toolbar of BIM Explorer (at the bottom of full view).The Issue properties palette appears on the right side.
Click
Issue details and enter detailed information about this issue.
Click SAVE.
Or:
Click PUBLISH.
This creates the issue, saving the view (see step 1) together with the issue. When you have immediately published the issue, the Responsible person and the people behind CC email addresses get emails informing them of the new issue.
To add a comment, attachment, hyperlink, or link to a document, click
Comments,Attachments,Hyperlinks , or Links to documents (see “Adding further information to issues“).- If you want to focus on a particular point, you can mark this point by placing a spot (see “Placing spots“ ).
Editing properties of issues

Placing spots
To place a spot for an issue in the building model on the BIMPLUS web portal

→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Select the Issue properties palette for the required issue (see “Retrieving properties of issues“).
- ClickSpots.
- Click ADD SPOT and then the point on which you want to place the spot in full view.
Changing perspectives for issues
Each issue has a perspective of the building model. Regardless of the other information about the issue, you can change this perspective by using both the BIMPLUS web portal and Allplan.
To change the perspective saved for an issue on the BIMPLUS web portal
This is only possible if ...
→ The Bimplus project is loaded in BIM Explorer (see “Loading the building model into BIM Explorer”)
→ The Issue Manager palette is open (see “Showing the issue manager“)
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Select the Issue properties palette for the required issue (see “Retrieving properties of issues“).
- Click Issue details and then EDIT in the 3D PREVIEW.
- Change the perspective in full view.
Click SAVE.
The Responsible person and the people behind CC email addresses get emails informing them of the changes in the issue. Allplan automatically displays the new perspective the next time you select the issue.
Importing and exporting issues as BCF files
To guarantee as smooth a communication as possible with your planning partners, you can import issues as BCF files to a Bimplus project or export issues of a Bimplus project as BCF files directly on the BIMPLUS web portal.

The project must contain the associated model with the objects described in the issue. Otherwise, BCF files do not work correctly. Therefore, load the model into your project before you import BCF files.
To import issues as a BCF file on the BIMPLUS web portal
This is only possible if ...
→ The Bimplus project is loaded in BIM Explorer (see “Loading the building model into BIM Explorer”)
→ The Issue Manager palette is open (see “Showing the issue manager“)
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Click
Options in the header of the issue list (next to the Search box) and click Import BCF.You can see the Upload file dialog box. Select the BCF file that contains the issues that you want to import. The extension of this file is usually *.BCFZIP.
Click Open.
This imports the issues in the BCF file to the current Bimplus project.
To export an issue to a BCF file on the BIMPLUS web portal
This is only possible if ...
→ The Bimplus project is loaded in BIM Explorer (see “Loading the building model into BIM Explorer”)
→ The Issue Manager palette is open (see “Showing the issue manager“)
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Point to the issue that you want to export. Click
Options and select Export to BCF.You can see the BCF export dialog box.
Note : Only issues that have already been published can be exported to the BCF format. You must publish issues in draft mode before you export them.
Select the BCF format ( BCF 2.0 or BCF 2.1 ).
Decide whether you want to save the BCF file locally on your computer or make it available for other planning partners so that they can download it directly from Bimplus.

Click DOWNLOAD and save the BCF file in any folder.Or:
Share file
Enter the email addresses of the recipients and click SEND. The recipients get emails informing them of the BCF file that can be downloaded from Bimplus.

Exporting issues as an Excel table
It is often difficult to keep track of issues. This is particularly true when you have a complex issue list. Therefore, you can export the issues of a Bimplus project as an Excel table.
To export the issues of a Bimplus project to an Excel file on the BIMPLUS web portal
This is only possible if ...
→ The Bimplus project is loaded in BIM Explorer (see “Loading the building model into BIM Explorer”)
→ The Issue Manager palette is open (see “Showing the issue manager“)
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Select the issues that you want to export by selecting the required Select issue(s) check boxes in the right column.
Note : Issues in draft mode are marked in the Excel table.
Click
Options in the header of the issue list (next to the Search box) and select Export to Excel.The Save As dialog box appears.
- Save the Excel file in any folder.
Retrieving chronologies from issues
To retrieve the chronology of an issue on the BIMPLUS web portal
This is only possible if ...
→ The Bimplus project is loaded in BIM Explorer (see “Loading the building model into BIM Explorer”)
→ The Issue Manager palette is open (see “Showing the issue manager“)
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Select the Issue properties palette for the required issue (see “Retrieving properties of issues“).

You can see the changes made to each issue in chronological order (author, date, time, and type of change).
Deleting issues
To delete a single issue from a Bimplus project on the BIMPLUS web portal
This is only possible if ...
→ The Bimplus project is loaded in BIM Explorer (see “Loading the building model into BIM Explorer”)
→ The Issue Manager palette is open (see “Showing the issue manager“)
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Point to the issue that you want to delete. Click
Options and selectDelete.Click DELETE to confirm the prompt.
ATTENTION!
This deletes the issue including all spots and further information. You can not undo this operation.
To delete several issues from a Bimplus project on the BIMPLUS web portal
