Sort the rows of the task list in the sequence in which you want to display the rows in Excel.
To do this, click the column header of which you want to use the contents for sorting the task list alphabetically or numerically in ascending or descending order.Click Export task to Excel file on the toolbar of the Task Board

use the Bimplus portal to delete a task delete several issues from a Bimplus project on the BIMPLUS web portal

Select the issues that you want to delete by selecting the required Select issue(s) check boxes in the right column.
Click Options in the header of the issue list (next to the Search box) and select Delete issues.
Click DELETE to confirm the prompt.
Warning title ATTENTION! This deletes the selected issues including all spots and further information. You cannot undo this operation
Click the task you want to edit on the Task Board or in the Task navigator palette..
Click Delete task in the Details palette.
Click Yes to confirm the prompt
