Placing spots
To place a spot for an issue in the building model on the BIMPLUS web portalGo to the task board or the Task navigator palette and click the task of which you want to see details. The Details palette opens on the right side. At the same time, full view displays the view of the building model that was saved together with the task. Arrange the columns of the task board in the sequence in which you want to display the columns in Excel.- Save the file in any folder or open the file in Excel

Sort the rows of the task list in the sequence in which you want to display the rows in Excel.
To do this, click the header of the column you want to use to sort the contents of the task list alphabetically or numerically in ascending or descending order.Go to the toolbar of the task board and click Export all tasks to Excel file in the upper-right area.
Deleting tasks

use the Bimplus portal to delete a task delete several issues from a Bimplus project on the BIMPLUS web portal

Select the
taskissues that you want to delete
on the task board or in the Task navigator palette.
Click Delete task in the Details paletteby selecting the required Select issue(s) check boxes in the right column.
Click Options in the header of the issue list (next to the Search box) and select Delete issues.
Click DELETE to confirm the prompt.
Warning title ATTENTION! This deletes the task selected issues including all spots and further information for good. You cannot undo this operation.
