Select the tasks issues that you want to export to the Excel file on the task board.To do this, go to the Task navigator palette and click Image Removed Show table to the right of the required tasks. Make sure that this button is not selected for the tasks that you do not want to export. Arrange the columns of the task board in the sequence in which you want to display the columns in Excel.
Sort the rows of the task list in the sequence in which you want to display the rows in Excel. To do this, click the header of the column whose contents you want to use to sort the task list alphabetically or numerically in ascending or descending order. Go to the upper toolbar of the task board and click Image Removed Export all tasks to Excel file in the upper-right area.
