If a specialist model has been imported inadvertently to the wrong Bimplus project or if a specialist model is no longer required, you can delete this specialist model and all its revisions from the Bimplus project. This has no effect on other project data such as tasks.

To delete a specialist model from a Bimplus project

This is only possible if ...

→  You opened and signed in to the Bimplus portal ( portal.bimplus.net ) via your web browser
→  You have the required rights (see “Rights in Bimplus“)
  1. If BIM Explorer is open:
Show the dashboard by clicking BIMPLUS on the title bar of the Bimplus portal.

  2. Select the project from which you want to delete a specialist model so that it is the current project (see “Selecting the current Bimplus project”).

  3. Go to PROJECT DATA on the navigation menu and click  Models.

You can see an overview of the specialist models in the current project.

  4. Display the model overview in list view.

To do this, click (below the username).

  5. Click Delete model in the Options column of the model you want to delete.

  6. Click DELETE to confirm the prompt.

    ATTENTION!

This deletes the specialist model with all its revisions for good. The same is true for slideshows based on this model (see "Creating slideshows"). They will be irrecoverably lost.
