Display defaultDie Attributbibliothek von Bimplus enthält zwei Attribut-Datenbanken: die Bimplus Datenbank und die Team Datenbank.
Während die Bimplus Datenbank nicht verändert werden kann, können Sie die Team Datenbank durch eigene Attribute und Attributgruppen ergänzen bzw. bereits enthaltene Einträge bearbeiten.
Hinweis : Bei jedem neu eröffneten Team sind in der Team Datenbank zunächst keine benutzerdefinierten Attribute enthalten; sie wird beim Modellimport automatisch durch neue Attribute erweitert oder kann vom Teamadministrator eigenverantwortlich befüllt werden.

Neue Attributgruppen anlegen
Eine neue Attributgruppe kann nur unterhalb einer bestehenden Attributgruppe (bzw. des Eintrags Team Datenbank ) angelegt werden; unterhalb eines Attributs kann kein weiteres Bibliothekselement erzeugt werden.
So legen Sie eine neue Attributgruppe an
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie haben den Attributmanager aufgerufen (siehe „Opening the property manager“)
Öffnen Sie in Spalte Attributbibliothek den Strukturbaum für die Team Datenbank mit der Schaltfläche
bis zur gewünschten Ebene.Zeigen Sie auf die Attributgruppe, unterhalb der Sie eine neue Attributgruppe anlegen möchten, und klicken Sie auf
Gruppe hinzufügen.Das Dialogfeld Attributgruppe erzeugen wird eingeblendet.
- Geben Sie einen Gruppennamen sowie ggf. eine Beschreibung für die neue Attributgruppe ein.
Klicken Sie auf ERZEUGEN.
Neue Attribute aufnehmen
Unterhalb des Eintrags Team Datenbank kann ein neues Attribut in jeder Strukturstufe in die Attributbibliothek eingefügt werden.
So nehmen Sie ein neues Attribut in die Bibliothek auf
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie haben den Attributmanager aufgerufen (siehe „Opening the property manager“)
Öffnen Sie in Spalte Attributbibliothek den Strukturbaum für die Team Datenbank mit der Schaltfläche
bis zur gewünschten Ebene.Zeigen Sie auf die Attributgruppe, in die Sie ein neues Attribut aufnehmen möchten, und klicken Sie auf
Attribut hinzufügen.Das Dialogfeld Attribut erzeugen wird eingeblendet.
- Geben Sie zumindest einen Namen und den Typ für das neue Attribut an.
Klicken Sie auf ERZEUGEN.
Attribute oder Attributgruppen bearbeiten
Wichtig!
Werden die Eigenschaften eines Attributs in der Attributbibliothek geändert, werden die Änderungen automatisch auf alle Attributsets des Teams übernommen, in denen das geänderte Attribut enthalten ist.
So bearbeiten Sie die Eigenschaften eines Attributs oder einer Attributgruppe
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie haben den Attributmanager aufgerufen (siehe „Opening the property manager“)
Öffnen Sie in Spalte Attributbibliothek den Strukturbaum für die Team Datenbank mit der Schaltfläche
bis zur gewünschten Ebene.Zeigen Sie auf das Attribut oder die Attributgruppe, die Sie bearbeiten möchten, und klicken Sie auf
Bearbeiten.Das Dialogfeld Attribut bearbeiten bzw. Attributgruppe umbenennen wird eingeblendet.
- Ändern Sie die betreffenden Eigenschaften.
Klicken Sie auf SPEICHERN.
The property library of Bimplus contains two property databases: the Bimplus database and the Team database.
Whereas the Bimplus database cannot be changed, the Team database can be changed. This means that you can add your own properties and property groups to the team database or edit existing entries.
Note : The team database of a new team is empty; the team administrator must fill it with data.

Creating new property groups
You can create a new property group only under an existing property group (or directly under the Team database entry). You cannot create another library element under a property.
To create a new property group
This is only possible if ...
→ Property manager is open (see “Opening the property manager“)
Click
in the Property library column to expand the tree structure for the Team database as far as the required hierarchical level.Point to the property group under which you want to create a new property group and click
Add group.You can see the Create property group dialog box.
- Enter a group name and a description for the new property group.
Click CREATE.
Adding new properties
You can add a new property to the property library at any structural level under the Team database entry.
To add a new property to the library

→ Property manager is open (see “Opening the property manager“)
Click
in the Property library column to expand the tree structure for the Team database as far as the required hierarchical level.Point to the property group to which you want to add a new property and click
Add property.You can see the Create property dialog box.
- Enter a name for the new property and define its type.
Click CREATE.
Editing properties or property groups
Important!
When you change the characteristics of a property in the property library, Bimplus automatically applies the changes to all property sets of the team that contain the changed property.
To edit the characteristics of a property or property group
This is only possible if ...
→ Property manager is open (see “Opening the property manager“)
Click
in the Property library column to expand the tree structure for the Team database as far as the required hierarchical level.Point to the property or property group you want to edit and click
Edit.You can see the Edit property or Rename property group dialog box.

Click SAVE.
