Nur der Eigentümer eines Bimplus Teams oder ein Teamadministrator kann ein komplettes Bimplus Projekt einschließlich sämtlicher Fachmodelle, Mitgliedslisten, Projektdokumente und der zugehörigen Kommunikation löschen.
So löschen Sie ein komplettes Bimplus Projekt
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie haben das Webportal BIMPLUS aufgerufen und sich angemeldet (siehe „ Beim Webportal BIMPLUS anmelden “) → Sie sind Teameigentümer oder Teamadministrator des Bimplus Teams
Rufen Sie das Navigationsmenü auf, indem Sie in der Titelleiste des Webportals BIMPLUS auf Navigationsmenü einblenden klicken.
Klicken Sie auf Projekt öffnen.
Die vom aktuellen Bimplus Team bearbeiteten Projekte werden angezeigt.
Nur, wenn Sie Eigentümer oder Administrator mehrerer Bimplus Teams sind : Klicken Sie im seitlichen Menü auf das entsprechende Bimplus Team, wenn das vorgesehene Projekt von einem anderen als dem aktuellen Bimplus Team bearbeitet wird.
Tipp : Sollte das seitliche Menü nicht angezeigt werden, klicken Sie in der linken Seitenleiste auf Seitliches Menü ein/ausblenden.
Wenn Sie dieSymbolansicht eingestellt haben : Zeigen Sie auf das Projekt, das gelöscht werden soll, klicken Sie auf Optionen und dann auf Projekt löschen.
Oder:
Wenn Sie dieTabellenansicht eingestellt haben : Klicken Sie in der Zeile des Projekts, das gelöscht werden soll, in Spalte Optionen auf Projekt löschen.
Oder:
Öffnen Sie im seitlichen Menü den Strukturbaum für das Bimplus Team, klicken Sie bei dem Projekt, das gelöscht werden soll, auf Kontextmenü und dann auf Projekt löschen.
Beantworten Sie die Sicherheitsabfrage mit LÖSCHEN.
ACHTUNG!
Das Bimplus Projekt wird unwiederbringlich gelöscht. Alle darin enthaltenen Fachmodelle, hochgeladenen Dokumente oder sonstige Dateien sowie sämtliche zum Projekt existierenden Issues werden ebenfalls gelöscht!
Only the owner of a Bimplus team or a team administrator can delete a Bimplus project including all its specialist models, member lists, project documents, and communication between project members.
To delete a Bimplus project
This is only possible if ...
→ You signed in to the BIMPLUS web portal (see “ Signing in to the BIMPLUS web portal “) → You are the team owner or team administrator of the Bimplus team
Select the navigation menu by clicking Show navigation menu on the title bar of the BIMPLUS web portal.
Click Open project.
You can see the projects of the current Bimplus team.
Only if you are the owner or administrator of several Bimplus teams : Click the Bimplus team on the side menu.
Tip : If you cannot see the side menu, click Toggle side menu at the bottom of the left sidebar.
IfIcon view is selected : Point to the project that you want to delete, clickOptions and thenDelete project.
Or:
IfTable view is selected : Go to the Options column of the project that you want to delete and click Delete project.
Or:
Open the tree structure for the Bimplus team on the side menu. Go to the Project that you want to delete, clickOptions and thenDelete project.
Click DELETE to confirm the prompt.
ATTENTION!
This deletes the Bimplus project for good! You cannot undo this operation. Not only the project itself but also all its specialist models, documents, files, and project issues will be deleted.
