One of the most important features of the Bimplus portal is the option to attach add comments or additional information (to objects, for example, in the form of file attachments or hyperlinks) to objects. All those involved can thus communicate and exchange information directly through the building model. As a result, any additions or changes are always up to date and available to everyone.

To

add a comment, file or hyperlink to an object

Go to the building model and click the object to which you want to attach

1. To add a comment or further information to an object, click this object in the building model.

   The object is displayed in the selection color

and the Details palette shows

4. If you want to add a comment:
   Go to the Details palette, click Comments, type a comment in the text box and click Add comment.

   Or:

   If you want to add an attachment:
   Go to the Details palette, click  Attachments and then Add attachment. The Upload file dialog box opens. Select the file you want to attach add and click Open.

   Or:

   If you want to add a hyperlink:
   Go to the Details palette, click Image Removed Image Added Hyperlinks, enter type the name and URL of the link and click Add Save hyperlink.
