Eine der wichtigsten Funktionalitäten des Bimplus Portals ist die Möglichkeit, einzelne Objekte mit Kommentaren zu versehen oder weiterführende Informationen in Form von Dateianhängen oder Web-Links anzuheften. Kommunikation und Informationsaustausch erfolgen somit direkt am Bauwerksmodell. Neuerungen oder Änderungen werden auf diesem Weg allen Projektbeteiligten aktuell und zum jederzeitigen Abruf zur Verfügung gestellt.

→  Das Bimplus Projekt ist in den BIM Viewer geladen (siehe „Bauwerksmodell in den BIM Viewer laden“)
→  Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (Kontoinhaber, Projektadministrator oder Projektbearbeiter)

  1. Blenden Sie die Palette Details ein.
    Klicken Sie dazu in der rechten Seitenleiste auf Image Modified Details anzeigen.

  2. Klicken Sie im Bauwerksmodell auf das Objekt, an das Sie einen Kommentar oder weiterführende Informationen anhängen möchten.
    Das Objekt wird in Aktivierungsfarbe dargestellt und die dazu vorhandenen Informationen in der Palette Details angezeigt.

  3. Wenn Sie einen Kommentar ergänzen möchten:
    Klicken Sie in der Palette Details auf Image Modified Kommentar, geben Sie Ihren Kommentar in das Textfeld ein und klicken Sie auf Kommentar speichern.

    Oder:

    Wenn Sie einen Anhang hinzufügen möchten:
    Klicken Sie in der Palette Details auf Image Modified Anhang und dann auf Anhang hinzufügen; wählen Sie im Dialogfeld Datei hochladen die Datei aus und klicken Sie auf Öffnen.

    Oder:

    Wenn Sie einen Hyperlink hinzufügen möchten:
    Klicken Sie in der Palette Details auf Image Modified Hyperlink, geben Sie Name und URL des Links ein und klicken Sie auf Hyperlink speichern.

One of the most important features of the Bimplus portal is the option to attach comments or additional information (for example, in the form of file attachments or hyperlinks) to objects. All those involved can thus communicate and exchange information directly through the building model. As a result, any additions or changes are always up to date and available to everyone.

To attach a comment, file or hyperlink to an object

→  You have loaded the Bimplus project into BIM Viewer (see "Bauwerksmodell in den BIM Viewer laden")
→  You have the required rights (account owner, project administrator or project editor)

  1. Open the Details palette.
    To do this, click Image Added Show details on the right sidebar.

  2. Go to the building model and click the object to which you want to attach a comment or further information.
    The object is displayed in the selection color and the Details palette shows all available information about the object.

  3. To add a comment
    In the Details palette, click Image Added Comment, type a comment in the text box and click Save comment.

    Or:

    To add a file
    In the Details palette, click Image Added Attachment and then Add attachment. The Upload file dialog box opens. Select the file you want to attach and click Open.

    Or:

    To add a hyperlink
    In the Details palette, click Image Added Hyperlink, enter the name and URL of the link and click Save hyperlink.
