Werden aus einem Allplan Projekt zum ersten Mal Planungsdaten nach Bimplus hochgeladen, muss das Allplan Projekt zunächst mit einem Bimplus Projekt verknüpft werden. Dazu legen Sie entweder ein neues Bimplus Projekt an oder verwenden eines der bereits existierenden Bimplus Projekte; wählen Sie ein bestehendes Bimplus Projekt, können Sie wiederum entscheiden, ob in diesem Projekt ein neues Fachmodell erzeugt oder ein Bestehendes aktualisiert (= überschrieben) werden soll.

Bei jedem weiteren Upload aus einem solchen, mit einem Bimplus Projekt bereits verknüpften Allplan Projekt können weder das Bimplus Projekt noch das Modell gewechselt werden; in diesem Fall ist ausschließlich entweder eine Aktualisierung des bestehenden Modells oder das Erzeugen einer neuen Revisionsfassung vorgesehen.

Hinweis: Jedes in Allplan neu angelegte Projekt erhält einen eindeutigen Identifikationscode. Auch wenn Sie beim Einspielen einer Projektsicherung in Allplan ein neues Projekt mit unveränderter Projektbezeichnung anlegen, unterscheidet sich der Identifikationscode des gesicherten Projekts von dem des während des Einspielens neu angelegten Projekts. Um Daten von Allplan aus direkt nach Bimplus hochladen zu können, müssen Sie über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet sein.

Wichtig!
Die Anmeldung bei Bimplus über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz und die Anmeldung bei Bimplus über das Bimplus Portal sind voneinander unabhängig. Wenn Sie sich also über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz anmelden, sind Sie nicht automatisch ebenfalls über das Webportal Bimplus angemeldet und umgekehrt.

Planungsdaten erstmalig hochladen

Nur der Inhaber eines Bimplus Kontos kann in seinem Konto neue Bimplus Projekte anlegen; ist also für das Allplan Projekt nicht bereits im Vorfeld ein Bimplus Projekt angelegt worden, muss der Kontoinhaber den ersten Upload aus diesem Allplan Projekt persönlich vornehmen, um währenddessen das Bimplus Projekt anlegen zu können.

So laden Sie Planungsdaten erstmalig aus Allplan nach Bimplus hoch

  1. Schalten Sie alle Konstruktionselemente des Projekts sichtbar, die nach Bimplus hochgeladen werden sollen.
    Wählen Sie dazu für die betreffenden Teilbilder den Status aktiv, aktiv im Hintergrund oder passiv; schalten Sie alle betreffenden Layer sichtbar, indem Sie zumindest den Layerstatus sichtbar, gesperrt einstellen.

  2. Zeigen Sie im Menü Datei auf Exportieren und klicken Sie auf Image Modified Bimplus Daten exportieren.
    Das Dialogfeld Allplan Bimplus Upload wird eingeblendet.

  3. Nur, wenn Sie Mitglied in mehreren Bimplus Teams sind:
    Wählen Sie im Bereich TEAM das Bimplus Team, in dem das Projekt bearbeitet werden soll.

  4. Wenn das vorgesehene Bimplus Projekt noch nicht angelegt ist:
    Klicken Sie im Bereich PROJEKT unterhalb der Tabelle Projekte auf Image Modified Neues Bimplus Projekt erzeugen und geben Sie den Namen für das anzulegende Bimplus Projekt an (ausschließlich für den Kontoinhaber erlaubt).

    Oder:

    Wenn das vorgesehene Bimplus Projekt bereits angelegt ist:
    Wählen Sie im Bereich PROJEKT in der Tabelle Projekte das Bimplus Projekt, in das die Planungsdaten eingespielt werden sollen (für Kontoinhaber und Projektadministratoren erlaubt).

  5. Klicken Sie im Bereich PROJEKT unterhalb der Tabelle Modelle auf Image Modified Neues Bimplus Modell erzeugen und geben Sie den Namen für das anzulegende Bimplus Fachmodell an.

  6. Klicken Sie auf Upload.
    Das Allplan Projekt wird mit dem gewählten Bimplus Projekt verknüpft und die Planungsdaten werden aus Allplan nach Bimplus hochgeladen.

  7. Bestätigen Sie die Upload-Meldung mit OK, sobald der Prozess abgeschlossen ist.

Planungsstand auf Bimplus aktualisieren

Nach dem ersten Hochladen eines Fachmodells können Sie bei jedem erneuten Upload der Planungsdaten aus Allplan entscheiden, ob der bestehende Planungsstand aktualisiert (= überschrieben) oder eine neue Revisionsfassung angelegt werden soll.

When you upload planning data from an Allplan project to Bimplus for the first time, you first need to link the Allplan project with the Bimplus project. To do this, you can create a new Bimplus project or use one of the existing Bimplus projects. If you choose an existing Bimplus project, you can decide whether you want to create a new specialist model in this project or update (= overwrite) an existing model.

The next time you upload data from an Allplan project that is already linked with a Bimplus project, you can change neither the Bimplus project nor the model. In this case, you can only update the existing model or create a new revision.

Note: Each new project you create in Allplan gets a unique ID. Even if you import a project backup to a new Allplan project with the same name as the original project, the ID of the backed up project is different from the ID of the new project. Therefore, in this context, "uploading for the first time" means uploading data from an Allplan project whose ID is not linked with any Bimplus project in the current Bimplus account (= Bimplus team).

To upload data straight from Allplan to Bimplus, you must use Allplan to log in to Bimplus.

Important!
You can log in to Bimplus using Allplan independently of logging in to Bimplus using the Bimplus web portal. In other words, logging in to Bimplus using Allplan does not automatically log you in to Bimplus using the Bimplus web portal and vice versa.

    The Bimplus dialog box opens.

Uploading planning data for the first time

Only the owner of a Bimplus account can create new Bimplus projects in this account. So if a Bimplus project has not yet been created for an Allplan project, the account owner must personally upload the data from an Allplan project for the first time. In doing so, the account owner can create the Bimplus project.

To load planning data from Allplan to Bimplus for the first time

  1. Make sure all design elements you want to upload to Bimplus are visible.
    To check this, set the relevant drawing files to Current, Edit or Reference mode. In addition, make all layers visible by selecting at least the Visible, frozen layer status.

  2. Open the File menu, point to Export and click Image Added Export Bimplus Data.
    The Allplan Bimplus Upload dialog box opens.

  3. If you are a member of several Bimplus teams
    Go to the TEAM area and select the relevant Bimplus team.

  4. If the Bimplus project has not yet been created
    In the PROJECT area below the Projects table, click Image Added Create new Bimplus project and enter a name for the new Bimplus project (only the account owner is allowed to do this).

    Or:

    If the Bimplus project has already been created
    Go to the Projects table in the PROJECT area and select the Bimplus project to which you want to import the planning data (the account owner and project administrators are allowed to do this).

  5. In the PROJECT area below the Models table, click Image Added Create new Bimplus model and enter a name for the new Bimplus specialist model.

  6. Click Upload.
    This links the Allplan project with the selected Bimplus project and uploads the planning data from Allplan to Bimplus.

  7. A message appears as soon as the operation is complete. Click OK to confirm this message.

Updating the planning state in Bimplus

After the first upload of a specialist model, every time you upload the planning data from Allplan again you can decide whether you want to update (= overwrite) the existing planning state or create a new revision.
