Was ist BIM?BIM steht für Building Information Modeling, das „Modellieren von Bauwerksinformationen“. Über die hierzu von der ALLPLAN GmbH gehostete openBIM-Plattform Bimplus, zu der Sie durch Ihre Registrierung sowohl über Allplan als auch über das Webportal Bimplus BIMPLUS Zugang erhalten, gewähren Sie den anderen von Ihnen dazu „eingeladenen“ Planungspartnern direkten Zugang zum jeweils aktuellsten Planungsstand. Doch das ist bei weitem nicht alles: Das Webportal Bimplus BIMPLUS bietet Ihnen außerdem alle erforderlichen Funktionalitäten, um die Fachmodelle der unterschiedlichen Planungsdisziplinen zu überlagern, auf Planungsfehler und geometrische Überschneidungen der einzelnen Fachmodelle (= Kollisionen) zu prüfen, Ihre Planungspartner auf Problemstellen hinzuweisen und die zur Problemlösung notwendigen Aufgaben (= Issues) zu verteilen. Die Up- und Downloadaktivitäten werden zudem protokolliert, sodass sich jederzeit nachvollziehen lässt, wer welche Daten zur Verfügung gestellt, einen Download durchgeführt oder Änderungen vorgenommen hat.
