Eine der wichtigsten Funktionalitäten des Bimplus Portals Webportals BIMPLUS ist die Möglichkeit, einzelne Objekte mit Kommentaren zu versehen oder sonstige weiterführende Informationen in Form von Dateianhängen oder Web-Links anzufügen. Kommunikation und Informationsaustausch erfolgen somit direkt am Bauwerksmodell. Neuerungen oder Änderungen werden auf diesem Weg allen Projektbeteiligten aktuell und zum jederzeitigen Abruf zur Verfügung gestellt.

So fügen Sie einen Kommentar, einen Anhang oder einen Web-Link an ein Objekt an

1. Klicken Sie im Bauwerksmodell auf das Objekt, zu dem Sie weiterführende Informationen anfügen möchten.

   Oder:

   Möchten Sie zu mehreren Objekten weiterführende Informationen anhängen, drücken Sie die STRG-Taste und klicken Sie die Objekte der Reihe nach an.

   Am rechten Rand der Gesamtansicht wird die Palette Details eingeblendet.
   
   

2. Nur, wenn Sie mehrere Objekte aktiviert haben:
   Wählen Sie in der Palette Details das gewünschte Objekt über das Listenfeld aus.
   
   

3. Wenn Sie einen Kommentar anfügen möchten, klicken Sie in der Palette Details auf Image Removed Image Added Kommentare, geben Sie Ihren Kommentar in das Textfeld ein und klicken Sie auf KOMMENTAR HINZUFÜGEN.

   Oder:

   Wenn Sie einen Anhang anfügen möchten, klicken Sie in der Palette Details auf Image Removed Image Added Anhänge und dann auf ANHANG HINZUFÜGEN; wählen Sie im Dialogfeld Datei hochladen die Datei aus und klicken Sie auf Öffnen.

   Oder:

   Wenn Sie einen Hyperlink anfügen möchten, klicken Sie in der Palette Details auf Image Removed Image Added Hyperlinks, geben Sie Name und URL des Links ein und klicken Sie auf HYPERLINK HINZUFÜGEN.

or hyperlink to an object

1. Go to the building model and click the object to which you want to add further information.

   Or:

   If you want to add further information to several objects, select and hold the Ctrl key and click the objects one after the other.

   The Details palette opens on the right side.
   
   

2. If you have selected several objects:
   Go to the Details palette and select the required object in the upper list box

   To add a comment or further information to an object, click this object in the building model.

   The object is displayed in the selection color. You can see all available information on the object in the Details palette.
   
   

3. If you want to add a comment:
   Go , go to the Details palette, click Image Removed Image Added Comments, type a enter the comment in the text box and click Add comment ADD COMMENT.

   Or:

   If you want to add an attachment:
   Go , go to the Details palette, click Image Removed click Image Added Attachments and then Add attachment. The Upload file dialog box opens. Select the file you want to add click ADD ATTACHMENT. Select the file in the Open dialog box and click Open.

   Or:

   If you want to add a hyperlink:
   Go , go to the Details palette, click Image Removed Image Added Hyperlinks, type enter the name and URL of the link, and click Save hyperlink ADD HYPERLINK.
