Um die Planungsdaten eines mit Allplan geplanten Fachmodells direkt aus Allplan nach Bimplus hochladen zu können, muss das Allplan Projekt mit dem Bimplus Projekt verknüpft sein, in dem das Bauwerksmodell des gesamten Bauvorhabens gepflegt wird. Diese Verknüpfung wird beim jeweils erstmaligen Hochladen von Daten aus einem Allplan Projekt nach Bimplus geschlossen und ist irreversibel.

Das für die Verknüpfung verwendete Bimplus Projekt wird i.d.R. von dem für das Bauvorhaben verantwortlichen BIM-Koordinator zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt über das Webportal BIMPLUS angelegt; in diesem Fall entscheiden Sie beim erstmaligen Hochladen lediglich, ob in diesem Projekt ein neues Fachmodell erzeugt oder ein Bestehendes aktualisiert, d.h. die letzte Revisionsfassung überschrieben werden soll. Alternativ kann das Bimplus Projekt, entsprechende Rechte vorausgesetzt, auch direkt während des erstmaligen Hochladens von Allplan aus neu angelegt werden.

Bei jedem weiteren Upload aus einem solchen, mit einem Bimplus Projekt bereits verknüpften Allplan Projekt können weder das Bimplus Projekt noch das Modell gewechselt werden; in diesem Fall ist ausschließlich entweder eine Aktualisierung des bestehenden Modells oder das Erzeugen einer neuen Revisionsfassung vorgesehen.

Hinweis: Jedes in Allplan neu angelegte Projekt erhält einen eindeutigen Identifikationscode. Auch wenn Sie beim Einspielen einer Projektsicherung in Allplan ein neues Projekt mit unveränderter Projektbezeichnung anlegen, unterscheidet sich der Identifikationscode des gesicherten Projekts von dem des während des Einspielens neu angelegten Projekts. Demnach bedeutet „zum ersten Mal hochladen“ in diesem Zusammenhang das Hochladen aus einem Allplan Projekt, dessen Identifikationscode mit keinem der Bimplus Projekte im aktuellen Bimplus Team verknüpft ist.

Hinweis: Die Anmeldung bei Bimplus über einen Allplan Arbeitsplatz und die Anmeldung beim über das Webportal BIMPLUS sind trotz identischer Anmeldedaten (E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort) voneinander unabhängig. Auch wenn identisch. Haben Sie sich bereits beim über das Webportal BIMPLUS bei den Allplan Webservices angemeldet haben, sind müssen Sie nicht automatisch ebenfalls über einen sich nicht erneut über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet anmelden und umgekehrt.

Möchten Sie aus einem Allplan Projekt erstmalig Planungsdaten eines Fachmodells nach Bimplus hochladen, müssen Sie das Allplan Projekt zunächst mit dem entsprechenden Bimplus Projekt verknüpfen.

Für die Verknüpfung verwenden Sie i.d.R. das vom zuständigen BIM-Koordinator für das Bauvorhaben bereits angelegte Bimplus Projekt. Alternativ kann das Bimplus Projekt auch während des Hochladens neu angelegt werden. Da jedoch nur der Eigentümer bzw. ein Administrator eines Bimplus Teams in seinem Team neue Bimplus Projekte anlegen darf, muss in diesem Fall der Teameigentümer oder ein Teamadministrator das erste Hochladen persönlich vornehmen.

Wichtig!
Eine bestehende Verknüpfung zwischen Allplan Projekt und Bimplus Projekt kann nur dadurch geändert werden, dass das für das Allplan Projekt angelegte Bimplus Modell aus dem Bimplus Projekt gelöscht wird (siehe „Fachmodelle löschen“).

  4. Wenn das vorgesehene Bimplus Projekt bereits angelegt ist:
    Wählen Sie im Bereich Projekt in der Tabelle Projekte das Bimplus Projekt, in das die Planungsdaten eingespielt werden sollen (für Bimplus Projektadministratoren und Bimplus Projektbearbeiter erlaubt).

    Oder:

    Wenn das vorgesehene Bimplus Projekt noch nicht angelegt ist:
    Klicken Sie im Bereich Projekt unterhalb der Tabelle Projekte auf  Neues Bimplus Projekt erzeugen und geben Sie den Namen für das anzulegende Bimplus Projekt an (ausschließlich für den Bimplus Teameigentümer oder einen Bimplus Teamadministrator erlaubt).

  5. Klicken Sie im Bereich Projekt unterhalb der Tabelle Modelle auf  Neues Bimplus Modell erzeugen und geben Sie den Namen für das anzulegende Bimplus Fachmodell an.

  6. Klicken Sie auf Hochladen.

    Das Allplan Projekt wird mit dem gewählten Bimplus Projekt verknüpft und die Planungsdaten werden nach Bimplus hochgeladen.

  7. Bestätigen Sie die nach Abschluss des Prozesses angezeigte Meldung mit OK.

Planungsstand eines Allplan Projekts auf Bimplus aktualisieren

Sobald ein Allplan Projekt mit einem Bimplus Projekt verknüpft ist, können Sie bei jedem erneuten Hochladen von Planungsdaten Modelldaten aus diesem Allplan Projekt entscheiden, ob der bestehende Planungsstand des Fachmodells aktualisiert, vollständig überschrieben oder eine neue Revisionsfassung des Modells angelegt werden soll.

Eine neue Revision erzeugen
Erzeugt einen neuen Revisionsstand des Modells; die ursprüngliche Fassung bleibt erhalten und kann über das Webportal BIMPLUS auch weiterhin angezeigt und bearbeitet werden.

Klicken Sie auf Hochladen.

Die Planungsdaten werden aus Allplan nach Bimplus hochgeladen.
  • Bestätigen Sie die nach Abschluss des Prozesses angezeigte Meldung mit OK.

    in Bimplus vorhandene Planungsstand mit dem neuen Stand synchronisiert (d. h. lediglich die geänderten Elemente werden aktualisiert, die neu hinzugekommenen werden ergänzt) oder vollständig ersetzt werden soll. Zusätzlich können Sie wählen, ob dafür eine neue Revisionsfassung angelegt oder die bestehende Revision beibehalten wird. Alternativ kann für den aktuellen Upload auch ein völlig neues Fachmodell angelegt werden.

    Im Dialogfeld Modell nach Bimplus hochladen haben Sie dafür folgende Einstellmöglichkeiten:

    Mit dieser Einstellung werden nur die Objekte hochgeladen, die geändert oder neu hinzugefügt wurden. Gelöschte Objekte werden aus dem Modell entfernt. Die Revisionsnummer bleibt unverändert.

    Dieser Modus ist schneller als die Modi mit den Optionen Modelldaten ersetzen und Modell neu hochladen.

    Mit dieser Einstellung werden nur die Objekte hochgeladen, die geändert oder neu hinzugefügt wurden. Dazu wird ein neuer Revisionsstand erzeugt, in den die unveränderten Objekte aus dem bisherigen Revisionsstand übernommen werden. Der bisherige Revisionsstand bleibt unverändert erhalten.

    Dieser Modus ist schneller als die Modi mit den Optionen Modelldaten ersetzen und Modell neu hochladen.

    If you want to upload planning data of a specialist model from an Allplan project to Bimplus for the first time, you must link the Allplan project with the corresponding Bimplus project first.

    Use the Bimplus project that was created by the BIM coordinator responsible for the construction project. As an alternative, you can also create a new Bimplus project while uploading data. However, only the owner or an administrator of a Bimplus team is authorized to create new Bimplus projects in the team. Therefore, the team owner or a team administrator must upload the data for the first time.

    1. Make sure all design elements that you want to upload to Bimplus are visible in the project.

      To do this, check the status of the drawing files, which should be current, open in edit mode, or open in reference mode. Then check the status of the layers, which should be at least visible, frozen.

    2. Click Image Added Upload Model to Bimplus (Teamwork task → Bimplus task area).

      Click Upload in the Issue Manager palette.

      You can see the Upload Model to Bimplus dialog box.

    3. Only if you are a member of several Bimplus teams:
      Go to the Team area and select the Bimplus team team who is to work on the project.

    4. If the Bimplus project already exists:
      Go to the Project area - Projects table and select the Bimplus project to which you want to upload the planning data (possible for Bimplus project administrators and Bimplus project editors).

      Or:

      If the Bimplus project does not yet exist:
      Go to the Project area, click Image Added Create new Bimplus project under the Projects table, and enter a name for the new Bimplus project (this can be done only by the owner of the Bimplus team or an administrator of the Bimplus team).

    5. Go to the Project area, click Image Added Create new Bimplus model under the Models table, and enter a name for the new Bimplus specialist model.

    6. Click Upload.

      This links the Allplan project with the selected Bimplus project and uploads the planning data to Bimplus.

    7. Click OK to confirm the message that appears when the upload is completed.

    Make sure all design elements that you want to upload to Bimplus are visible in the project.

    To do this, check the status of the drawing files, which should be current, open in edit mode, or open in reference mode. Then check the status of the layers, which should be at least visible, frozen.

    Click Image Removed Upload Model to Bimplus (Teamwork task → Bimplus task area).

    You can see the Upload Model to Bimplus dialog box.
    Only if you are a member of several Bimplus teams:
    Go to the Team area and select the Bimplus team who is to work on the project.

    If the Bimplus project already exists:
    Go to the Projects table in the Project area and select the Bimplus project to which you want to upload the planning data (this can be done by project administrators and project editors).

    Or:

    If the Bimplus project does not exist yet:
    Go to the Project area, click Image Removed Create new Bimplus project under the Projects table and enter a name for the new Bimplus project (this can be done only by the team owner or a team administrator).
    Go to the Project area, click Image Removed Create new Bimplus model under the Models table and enter a name for the new Bimplus specialist model.

    Click Upload.

    The program links the Allplan project with the selected Bimplus project, uploading the planning data to Bimplus.

  • As soon as the process is complete, you can see a message. Click OK to confirm this message.

    To get information about the Bimplus link with an Allplan project

    Updating the planning data of an Allplan project on Bimplus

    As soon as an Allplan project is linked with a Bimplus project, you can decide whether you want to synchronize the current data with the new data or to overwrite it completely (with or without creating a new revision). As an alternative you can create a new specialist model.


    You can decide this each time you upload planning data from this Allplan project to Bimplus.

    In the dialog box Upload Model to Bimplus you get the following options:

       Image Added

    This option uploads only those objects, which have been changed or added new to the model data. Deleted objects will be removed from the model. The model revision remains the same.

    This way is usually faster than the Replace model data and Upload model again options.

       Image Added

      Go to the Setting area and decide whether you want to update the existing model, overwrite it, or create a new revision:

      Update the current model
      Updates the current model with the selected design elements ( see step 1) that have changed since the last upload.the Upload Model to Bimplus dialog box.

    3. Go to the Setting area and decide whether you want to synchronize or to overwrite the data of the existing specialist model (with or without creating a new revision) or to create a completly new specialist model (see above)

      Upload the current model again
      Replaces the current model with the design elements selected (see step 1).

      Create a new revision
      Creates a new revision of the model, keeping the original version. You can still view and edit the original version by using the BIMPLUS web portal.

    4. Click Upload.

      This uploads the planning data from Allplan to Bimplus.

    5. As soon as the process is complete, you can see a message. Click OK to confirm this messagethe message that appears when the upload is completed.
