All members of a project can download project documents from the Bimplus platform.

To download a document from the Bimplus platform

1. If BIM Explorer is open:
   Show the dashboard by clicking Click Image ModifiedBIMPLUS to open the main page on the title bar of the Bimplus portal.
   
If you are a member of several Bimplus teams:

3. Select
the Bimplus team to which the project is assigned.
Click
4. the project from which you want to download a document so that it is the current project (see “Selecting the current Bimplus project”).
   
   

5. Go to PROJECT DATA on the navigation menu and click Image Added Documents

   Click Image Removed Documents on the left sidebar.

   You can see a list an overview of the current documents uploaded to in the selected projectcurrent project.
   
   

6. Display the document overview in list view.

   To do this, click Image Added (below the username).
   
   

7. Click Download document in the Options column of the document you want to download.
   
   

8. A dialog box opens. Choose Decide whether you want to open the document or to save it locally on your computer. Then click OK.
   
   

9. If you want to save the document locally:
   Select the folder and file name and click Save.
