Display defaultWurden von anderen Planungsbeteiligten bereits Modelldaten (idealerweise des Architekturmodells) in einem Bimplus Projekt abgelegt, können Sie diese vollständig oder auszugsweise von Bimplus herunterladen.
Die Daten der heruntergeladenen Objekte (Geometriedaten und ggf. Attribute) legen Sie z. B. als Referenz für Ihre Fachplanung in Ihrem eigenen Fachplanungstool zugrunde. Sie schaffen so die Grundlage dafür, dass sich das von Ihnen geplante Fachmodell nach dem Upload in das Bimplus Projekt möglichst kollisionsfrei in das gesamte Bauwerksmodell einfügt.

Fachmodelle nach Allplan herunterladen
Bearbeiten Sie Ihre Fachplanung mit Allplan, können Sie Fachmodelle direkt von Allplan aus herunterladen.
Die heruntergeladenen Daten werden in Allplan auf dem eigens hierfür vorgesehenen Layer BIMPL_REF abgelegt. Bei einem nachfolgenden Upload Ihres eigenen Fachmodells in das Bimplus Projekt bleiben sämtliche Objekte, die auf diesem Layer liegen, selbst dann unberücksichtigt, wenn sie sichtbar geschaltet sind. Die originären Modelldaten der anderen Planungsbeteiligten werden auf diese Weise zuverlässig vor Veränderungen oder einem Überschreiben geschützt.
Voraussetzung für den Download eines Referenzmodells ist lediglich, dass Sie über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet sind und für das Bimplus Projekt über die entsprechendenRechteverfügen.

Fachmodelle aus IFC-Dateien herunterladen
Fachmodelle, die als IFC-Datei nach Bimplus hochgeladen wurden, können Sie von dort auch wieder als solche herunterladen.
So laden Sie ein IFC-Fachmodell von der Bimplus Plattform herunter
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie haben das Webportal BIMPLUS aufgerufen und sich angemeldet (siehe „ Beim Webportal BIMPLUS anmelden “)
→ Das Fachmodell wurde als IFC-Datei nach Bimplus hochgeladen
→ Das Projekt, aus dem Sie ein Fachmodell herunterladen möchten, ist als aktuelles Projekt angewählt (siehe „ Aktuelles Bimplus Projekt wählen “)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „ Rechte in Bimplus “)
- Rufen Sie das Navigationsmenü auf, indem Sie in der Titelleiste des Webportals BIMPLUS auf
Navigationsmenü einblenden klicken. Klicken Sie auf
Modelle hochladen und verwalten.Die für das aktuelle Projekt vorhandenen Fachmodelle werden angezeigt.

Modell, das Sie herunterladen möchten, auf Kontextmenü und dann auf Modell herunterladen.Wählen Sie im folgenden Dialogfeld, ob Sie das Modell öffnen oder lokal auf Ihrem Arbeitsplatz speichern möchten, und klicken Sie auf OK.
Nur, wenn Sie das Fachmodell lokal speichern möchten:
Wählen Sie Ordner und Dateiname und klicken Sie auf Speichern.
Fachmodelle über IFC-Schnittstelle exportieren
Jedes Fachmodell kann über die IFC-Schnittstelle aus Bimplus exportiert und anschließend als IFC-Datei heruntergeladen oder per E-Mail an andere Planungsbeteiligte verteilt werden.
So exportieren Sie ein Fachmodell über die IFC-Schnittstelle aus Bimplus
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie haben das Webportal BIMPLUS aufgerufen und sich angemeldet (siehe „ Beim Webportal BIMPLUS anmelden “)
→ Das Projekt, aus dem Sie ein Fachmodell exportieren möchten, ist als aktuelles Projekt angewählt (siehe „ Aktuelles Bimplus Projekt wählen “)

Das Dialogfeld Export des Modells beendet wird eingeblendet.
Entscheiden Sie, ob Sie das Modell sofort herunterladen oder für andere Planungsbeteiligte zum Herunterladen freigeben möchten.
Herunterladen
Klicken Sie auf HERUNTERLADEN und speichern Sie die Datei in einem Ordner Ihrer Wahl.Oder:

Geben Sie die E-Mail-Adressen der vorgesehenen Empfänger an und klicken Sie auf VERSENDEN.
If other planning partners have already saved model data (ideally, data of the architectural model) in a Bimplus project, you can download this data from Bimplus. In doing so, you can choose to download the data completely or just parts thereof.
You can use the data of the objects downloaded (geometry and attributes) as the basis for doing the specialist planning with your planning tool. This helps you create as clash-free a specialist model as possible. As a result, you can easily integrate this specialist model into the overall building model after you have uploaded it to the Bimplus project.

Downloading specialist models to Allplan
When you do the specialist planning in Allplan, you can download specialist models directly from Allplan.
Allplan places the data downloaded on the BIMPL_REF layer. When you upload your own specialist model to the Bimplus project, all objects on this layer will be ignored even if they are visible. This protects the original model data of the other planning partners from being changed or overwritten.
You can download a reference model only if you signed in to Bimplus from Allplan and you have appropriaterightsfor the Bimplus project.

Downloading specialist models from IFC files
Specialist models that were uploaded as IFC files to Bimplus can be downloaded as IFC files from Bimplus.
To download a specialist model in IFC format from the Bimplus platform
This is only possible if ...
→ You signed in to the BIMPLUS web portal (see “ Signing in to the BIMPLUS web portal “)
→ You uploaded the specialist model as an IFC file to Bimplus
→ You have the required rights (see " Rights in Bimplus ")
- Make sure the project from which you want to download a specialist model is the current project (see “ Selecting the current Bimplus project ”)
- Select the navigation menu by clicking Show navigation menu on the title bar of the BIMPLUS web portal.
Click
Models.You can see the specialist models of the current project.
If
Icon view is selected :
Point to the model that you want to download, clickOptions and thenDownload model.Or:
If
Table view is selected :
Go to the Options column of the model that you want to download and clickDownload model.Or:
Open the tree structure on the side menu. Go to the
Model that you want to download, click Options and thenDownload model.A dialog box opens. Decide whether you want to open the model or save it locally on your computer. Then click OK.
Only if you want to locally save the specialist model:
Select the folder and file name and click Save.
Exporting specialist models via the IFC interface
You can use the IFC interface to export any specialist model from Bimplus. Afterward, the specialist model can be downloaded as an IFC file or emailed to other planning partners.
To use the IFC interface to export a specialist model from Bimplus
This is only possible if ...
→ You signed in to the BIMPLUS web portal (see “ Signing in to the BIMPLUS web portal “)
→ You have the required rights (see " Rights in Bimplus ")
- Make sure the project from which you want to export a specialist model is the current project (see “ Selecting the current Bimplus project ”)
- Select the navigation menu by clicking Show navigation menu on the title bar of the BIMPLUS web portal.
Click
Models.You can see the specialist models of the current project.
If
Icon view is selected :
Point to the model that you want to export, clickOptions and thenIFC export.Or:
If
Table view is selected :
Go to the Options column of the model that you want to export and clickIFC Export.Or:
Open the tree structure on the side menu. Go to the
Model that you want to export, click Options and thenIFC export.Bimplus starts exporting the model. As soon as the process is complete, you can see a message.
Click the link in this message.
You can see the Model export finished dialog box.
Decide whether you want to download the model immediately or make it available for other planning partners so that they can download it.
Download
Click DOWNLOAD and save the file in any folder.Or:
Share file
Enter the email addresses of the recipients and click SEND.
