Display defaultIn Allplan können Sie auf direktem Weg, also ohne einen Webbrowser benützen zu müssen, mit Bimplus und damit mit Ihren Planungspartnern kommunizieren. Über die Palette Issue Manager rufen Sie hierzu die zu einem Bimplus Projekt angelegten Issues von der Webplattform Bimplus ab, legen dort von Allplan aus neue Issues an oder bearbeiten bestehende Issues.
Wichtig!
Voraussetzung ist, dass das Allplan Projekt mit dem betreffenden Bimplus Projekt verknüpft ist, d. h. die Allplan Projektdaten zumindest einmalig nach Bimplus hochgeladen wurden. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, verknüpfen Sie das Allplan Projekt zunächst mit dem Bimplus Projekt (siehe „Allplan Projekt mit Bimplus Projekt verknüpfen“).

Palette Issue Manager einblenden
Im Auslieferungszustand von Allplan wird die Palette Issue Manager bereits im Palettenfenster angezeigt; Sie können sie dort direkt anwählen.
Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, müssen Sie die Palette zunächst einblenden.
So blenden Sie in Allplan die Palette Issue Manager ein
Voraussetzungen:
→ Allplan ist gestartet
Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste in den Arbeitsbereich und dann im Kontextmenü auf
Issue Manager.Nur, wenn Sie noch nicht über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet sind:
Melden Sie sich über das Dialogfeld
BIMPLUS an (siehe „Über Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“).
Eigenschaften von Issues abrufen
So rufen Sie in Allplan die Eigenschaften eines Issues ab
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie sind über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet (siehe „Über Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“)
→ Das geöffnete Allplan Projekt ist mit dem betreffenden Bimplus Projekt verknüpft (siehe „Allplan Projekt mit Bimplus Projekt verknüpfen“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Wählen Sie die Palette Issue Manager (siehe „Palette Issue Manager einblenden“).
Im Bereich Issues finden Sie die Liste der zum verknüpften Bimplus Projekt angelegten Issues; die Anzeige wird automatisch mit dem Stand in Bimplus synchronisiert.
Zeigen Sie auf den Issue, dessen Eigenschaften Sie abrufen möchten, rufen Sie mit dem dann eingeblendeten
Kontextmenü das Kontextmenü zu diesem Issue auf und klicken Sie dort auf 
Issue-Eigenschaften.Oder:
Doppelklicken Sie auf den Issue.
In der Unterpalette Issue-Eigenschaften werden die zu diesem Issue aktuell hinterlegten Eigenschaften angezeigt.
Spots in den Fokus rücken
Alle zu einem Issue gesetzten Spots werden automatisch bei Anklicken des Issues sowohl in der Vorschau wie auch im aktiven Graphikfenster angezeigt. Um die Ansicht auf das Modell so einzustellen, dass ein Spot im Fokus liegt, wählen Sie den Spot über die Liste der Spots in den Issue-Eigenschaften an.
So rücken Sie in Allplan einen Spot in den Fokus

Rufen Sie für den betreffenden Issue die Unterpalette Issue-Eigenschaften auf (siehe „Eigenschaften von Issues abrufen").
Klicken Sie auf
Spots.Die Liste der Spots, die im Webportal BIMPLUS zu diesem Issue am Modell gesetzt wurden, wird angezeigt.
Klicken Sie in der Liste auf einen Eintrag.
Im aktiven Grafikfenster wird die Ansicht auf das Modell so eingestellt, dass der Spot im Fokus liegt.
Neue Issues anlegen
So legen Sie von Allplan aus einen neuen Issue zu einem Bimplus Projekt an
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie sind über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet (siehe „Über Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“)
→ Das geöffnete Allplan Projekt ist mit dem betreffenden Bimplus Projekt verknüpft (siehe „Allplan Projekt mit Bimplus Projekt verknüpfen“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Stellen Sie im aktiven Grafikfenster die Perspektive des Bauwerksmodells ein, die zu dem neuen Issue gespeichert werden soll.
Wählen Sie die Palette Issue Manager (siehe „Palette Issue Manager einblenden“).
Klicken Sie im Bereich Issues auf
Neuer Issue.Die Unterpalette Issue-Eigenschaften wird eingeblendet.
Klicken Sie auf
Issue-Details (falls nicht bereits aktiv) und geben Sie die Detailinformationen zum Issue ein.Klicken Sie auf SPEICHERN.
Oder:
Klicken Sie auf VERÖFFENTLICHEN.
Der Issue wird angelegt und die in Schritt 1 eingestellte Ansicht zusammen mit dem Issue gespeichert. Haben Sie den Issue sofort veröffentlicht, werden die unter Verantwortlich und CC E-Mail eingetragenen Adressaten per E-Mail über den neuen Issue in Kenntnis gesetzt.

Konstruktionselemente markieren
Durch einen Issue betroffene Konstruktionselemente können in Allplan markiert werden. Solange eine solche Elementmarkierung besteht, werden die markierten Elemente in Allplan bei jedem Anwählen des Issues in Markierungsfarbe dargestellt. Im Webportal BIMPLUS werden auf diese Weise markierte Elemente in der Eigenschaftenkategorie 
Zugeordnete Objekte der Palette Issue-Eigenschaften im Listenfeld zur Anwahl angeboten.
So markieren Sie von Allplan aus einzelne Konstruktionselemente
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie sind über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet (siehe „Über Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“)
→ Das geöffnete Allplan Projekt ist mit dem betreffenden Bimplus Projekt verknüpft (siehe „Allplan Projekt mit Bimplus Projekt verknüpfen“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Rufen Sie für den betreffenden Issue die Unterpalette Issue-Eigenschaften auf (siehe „Eigenschaften von Issues abrufen").
Aktivieren Sie in der Aktionsleiste der Unterpalette Issue-Eigenschaften die Schaltfläche
Elemente markieren/demarkieren.- Klicken Sie im aktiven Grafikfenster das oder die Elemente an, die im Zusammenhang mit diesem Issue markiert werden sollen.
Bestätigen Sie mit der rechten Maustaste.
Die gewählten Konstruktionselemente werden in Markierungsfarbe dargestellt und die Anzahl der für diesen Issue aktuell markierten Elemente in der Aktionsleiste angegeben.
Hinweis : Um für einen Issue sämtliche Markierungen von Konstruktionselementen dauerhaft wieder aufzuheben, klicken Sie erneut auf die Schaltfläche
Elemente markieren/demarkieren.
Nicht markierte Konstruktionselemente ausblenden
So blenden Sie in Allplan nicht markierte Konstruktionselemente aus bzw. wieder ein
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie sind über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet (siehe „Über Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“)

→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Rufen Sie für den betreffenden Issue die Unterpalette Issue-Eigenschaften auf (siehe „Eigenschaften von Issues abrufen").
Markieren Sie alle Konstruktionselemente, die nicht ausgeblendet werden sollen (siehe „Konstruktionselemente markieren“).
Klicken Sie in der Aktionsleiste der Unterpalette Issue-Eigenschaften auf
Nicht markierte Elemente unsichtbar/sichtbar schalten.Alle Konstruktionselemente, die nicht markiert waren, werden ausgeblendet. Klicken Sie erneut auf
Nicht markierte Elemente unsichtbar/sichtbar schalten, um die ausgeblendeten Elemente wieder einzublenden. Sobald Sie in der Palette Issue Manager einen anderen Issue anwählen, werden alle ausgeblendeten Elemente automatisch wieder eingeblendet.
Perspektive zu Issues ändern
Die zu jedem Issue gespeicherte Perspektive des Bauwerksmodells kann unabhängig von den übrigen zum Issue hinterlegten Informationen gleichermaßen von Allplan aus wie auch über das Webportal BIMPLUS geändert werden.
So ändern Sie von Allplan aus die zu einem Issue gespeicherte Perspektive
Voraussetzungen:

Issue-Details unter Verantwortlich und CC E-Mail eingetragenen Adressaten werden per E-Mail über die Änderung des Issues in Kenntnis gesetzt. Im Webportal BIMPLUS wird die neue Perspektive automatisch beim nächsten Aufruf des Issues eingestellt.
Issues als BCF-Datei importieren oder exportieren
Um eine möglichst reibungslose Kommunikation mit Ihren Planungspartnern zu gewährleisten, können Sie direkt von Allplan aus als BCF-Datei vorliegende Issues in ein Bimplus Projekt importieren oder zu einem Bimplus Projekt vorhandene Issues als BCF-Datei exportieren.
Wichtig!
Das zugehörige Modell mit dem oder den Objekten, auf die sich ein Issue bezieht, muss im Projekt vorhanden sein. Andernfalls ist die korrekte Verwendung und Anzeige von BCF-Dateien nicht möglich. Laden Sie dieses daher jeweils vor dem BCF-Import in Ihr Projekt.
So importieren Sie von Allplan aus Issues aus einer BCF-Datei
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie sind über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet (siehe „Über Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“)
→ Das geöffnete Allplan Projekt ist mit dem betreffenden Bimplus Projekt verknüpft (siehe „Allplan Projekt mit Bimplus Projekt verknüpfen“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
- Wählen Sie die Palette Issue Manager (siehe „Palette Issue Manager einblenden“).
Öffnen Sie mit den
Optionen in der Kopfzeile der Issue-Liste (neben dem Eingabefeld für die 
Suche ) das übergeordnete Kontextmenü und klicken Sie dort auf 
BCF Import.Wählen Sie im Dialogfeld Öffnen die BCF-Datei, die den oder die zu importierenden Issues enthält (Datei-Erweiterung i.d.R. *.BCFZIP).
Klicken Sie auf Öffnen.
Die in der BCF-Datei enthaltenen Issues werden in das Bimplus Projekt importiert, mit dem das aktuell geöffnete Allplan Projekt verknüpft ist.
So exportieren Sie von Allplan aus einen Issue in eine BCF-Datei

Um einen besseren Überblick v.a. bei einer umfangreichen Issue-Liste zu behalten, können Sie die Issues eines Bimplus Projekts von Allplan aus als Excel-Tabelle exportieren.
So exportieren Sie von Allplan aus Issues eines Bimplus Projekts in eine Excel-Datei
Voraussetzungen:
→ Das geöffnete Allplan Projekt ist mit dem betreffenden Bimplus Projekt verknüpft (siehe „Allplan Projekt mit Bimplus Projekt verknüpfen“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Wählen Sie die Palette Issue Manager (siehe „Palette Issue Manager einblenden“).
Im Bereich Issues finden Sie die Liste der zum verknüpften Bimplus Projekt angelegten Issues; die Anzeige wird automatisch mit dem Stand in Bimplus synchronisiert.

So rufen Sie in Allplan die Chronologie eines Issues ab
Voraussetzungen:
→ Sie sind über Ihren Allplan Arbeitsplatz bei Bimplus angemeldet (siehe „Über Allplan bei Bimplus anmelden“)
→ Das geöffnete Allplan Projekt ist mit dem betreffenden Bimplus Projekt verknüpft (siehe „Allplan Projekt mit Bimplus Projekt verknüpfen“)
→ Sie verfügen über die entsprechenden Rechte (siehe „Rights in Bimplus“)
Rufen Sie für den betreffenden Issue die Unterpalette Issue-Eigenschaften auf (siehe „Eigenschaften von Issues abrufen").
Klicken Sie auf
Reports.Die an dem Issue durchgeführten Änderungen werden in chronologischer Reihenfolge angezeigt. Ausgewiesen werden jeweils Autor, Datum, Uhrzeit und Art der Änderung.
Issues löschen
So löschen Sie von Allplan aus einen einzelnen Issue aus einem Bimplus Projekt

Der Issue wird einschließlich aller Spots und sonstiger weiterführender Informationen unwiederbringlich nicht nur aus Allplan, sondern aus dem gesamten, auf der Webplattform Bimplus gespeicherten Datenbestand gelöscht.

In Allplan, you do not need a web browser to communicate directly with Bimplus and thus with your planning partners. By using the Issue Manager palette in Allplan, you can retrieve the issues of a Bimplus project from the Bimplus web platform. In addition, you can create new issues or edit existing issues.
Important!
This is only possible if the Allplan project is linked with the Bimplus project. In other words, the Allplan project data has been uploaded to Bimplus at least once. If this is not so, start by linking the Allplan project with the Bimplus project (see "Linking an Allplan project with a Bimplus project").

Showing the Issue Manager palette
In Allplan, the Issue Manager palette is integrated in the palette window, where you can select it directly.
If this is not so, you must show the palette first.
To show the Issue Manager palette in Allplan

Right-click in the workspace and select

Retrieving properties of issues
To retrieve the properties of an issue in Allplan

→ The Allplan project is open and linked with the Bimplus project (see "Linking an Allplan project with a Bimplus project")
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Select the Issue Manager palette (seeShowing the Issue Manager palette”).
The Issues area contains the list of issues created for the linked Bimplus project. This list adapts automatically to reflect the current status on Bimplus.
Point to the issue whose properties you want to retrieve. Click
Options and select Issue properties.Or:
Double-click the issue.
The Issue properties palette displays the properties of this issue.
Focusing on spots
When you click an issue, all its spots automatically appear in both the preview and the active viewport. To select the view of the model so that the focus is on a spot, select the required spot in the list of spots in the issue properties.
To focus on a spot in Allplan

→ You signed in to Bimplus from Allplan (see “Signing in to Bimplus from Allplan“)
→ The Allplan project is open and linked with the Bimplus project (see "Linking an Allplan project with a Bimplus project")

Spots.You can see the list of spots that were placed for this issue in the model on the BIMPLUS web portal.
Click an entry in the list.
The view of the model in the active viewport changes so that the focus is on the spot.
Creating new issues
To create a new issue for a Bimplus project in Allplan
This is only possible if ...
→ You signed in to Bimplus from Allplan (see “Signing in to Bimplus from Allplan“)
→ The Allplan project is open and linked with the Bimplus project (see "Linking an Allplan project with a Bimplus project")
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Select an appropriate perspective of the building model in the active viewport. This perspective will be saved together with the new issue.
Select the Issue Manager palette (seeShowing the Issue Manager palette”).
Click
New issue in the Issues area.You can see the Issue properties palette.
Click
Issue details and enter detailed information about this issue.Click SAVE.
Or:
Click PUBLISH.
This creates the issue, saving the view (see step 1) together with the issue. When you have immediately published the issue, the Responsible person and the people behind CC email addresses get emails informing them of the new issue.
- To add a comment, attachment, hyperlink, or link to a document, click Comments, Attachments ,Hyperlinks, orLinks to documents (see “Adding further information to issues“).
To focus on particular elements or objects, mark them in color (see “Marking design elements”).
Editing properties of issues

Marking design elements
Design elements affected by an issue can be marked in Allplan. Each time you select the issue, the marked elements appear in color in Allplan. You can select the marked elements in the list box of Assigned objects in the Issue properties palette on the BIMPLUS web portal.
To mark design elements in Allplan
This is only possible if ...
→ You signed in to Bimplus from Allplan (see “Signing in to Bimplus from Allplan“)
→ The Allplan project is open and linked with the Bimplus project (see "Linking an Allplan project with a Bimplus project")
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Select the Issue properties palette for the required issue (see “Retrieving properties of issues").
Click
Select Elements, Clear Selection at the bottom of the Issue properties palette.- Go to the active viewport and click the elements that you want to mark for this issue.
Right-click to confirm.
The selected design elements appear in color. When you look at the bottom of the palette, you can see how many elements are currently marked for this issue.
Note : To remove all markings from design elements for an issue, click
Select Elements, Clear Selection again.
Hiding design elements that are not marked
To show and hide design elements that are not marked in Allplan

Show/hide elements that are not selected at the bottom of the Issue properties palette.This hides all design elements that were not marked. Click
Show/hide elements that are not selected again to show the hidden elements again. As soon as you select another issue in the Issue Manager palette, all hidden elements are visible again.
Changing perspectives for issues
Each issue has a perspective of the building model. Regardless of the other information about the issue, you can change this perspective by using both Allplan and the BIMPLUS web portal.
To change the perspective saved for an issue in Allplan

→ You signed in to Bimplus from Allplan (see “Signing in to Bimplus from Allplan“)
→ The Allplan project is open and linked with the Bimplus project (see "Linking an Allplan project with a Bimplus project")
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Select the Issue properties palette for the required issue (see “Retrieving properties of issues").
Change the perspective in the active viewport.
Click
Save view at the bottom of the Issue properties palette.The Responsible person and the people behind CC email addresses in the
Issue details get emails informing them of the changes in the issue. The BIMPLUS web portal automatically displays the new perspective the next time you select the issue.
Importing and exporting issues as BCF files
To guarantee as smooth a communication as possible with your planning partners, you can import issues as BCF files to a Bimplus project or export issues of a Bimplus project as BCF files directly from Allplan.
Important!
The project must contain the associated model with the objects described in the issue. Otherwise, BCF files do not work correctly. Therefore, load the model into your project before you import BCF files.
To import issues as a BCF file from Allplan
This is only possible if ...
→ You signed in to Bimplus from Allplan (see “Signing in to Bimplus from Allplan“)
→ The Allplan project is open and linked with the Bimplus project (see "Linking an Allplan project with a Bimplus project")
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
- Select the Issue Manager palette (seeShowing the Issue Manager palette”).
Click
Options in the header of the issue list (next to the Search box) and select Import BCF.You can see the Open dialog box. Select the BCF file that contains the issues that you want to import. The extension of this file is usually *.BCFZIP.
Click Open.
This imports the issues in the BCF file to the Bimplus project that is linked with the project that is currently open in Allplan.
To export a single issue to a BCF file from Allplan
This is only possible if ...
→ The Allplan project is open and linked with the Bimplus project (see "Linking an Allplan project with a Bimplus project")
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")

To export the issues of a Bimplus project to an Excel file from Allplan

→ The Allplan project is open and linked with the Bimplus project (see "Linking an Allplan project with a Bimplus project")
→ You have the required rights (see "Rights in Bimplus")
Select the Issue Manager palette (seeShowing the Issue Manager palette”).
The Issues area contains the list of issues created for the linked Bimplus project. This list adapts automatically to reflect the current status on Bimplus.
Select the issues that you want to export by selecting the required Select issue(s) check boxes in the right column.
Note : Issues in draft mode are marked in the Excel table.

Retrieving chronologies from issues
To retrieve the chronology of an issue in Allplan
