Zur Abwicklung eines Projekts über Bimplus bestimmt der Administrator des Bimplus Projekts (bzw. der Inhaber des Bimplus Teams) gezielt seine Projektmitglieder. Dazu kann er grundsätzlich jede existierende E-Mail-Adresse einladen, an Bimplus teilzunehmen. Den einzelnen Projektmitgliedern können über ihre „Mitgliedsrolle“ unterschiedliche Rechte eingeräumt werden, sodass diese die Projektdaten nur ansehen, herunterladen oder auch bearbeiten können. In der (nach dem Teaminhaber) höchsten Rechtestufe „Projektadministrator“ kann ein Projektmitglied seinerseits weitere Mitglieder in das Projekt einladen (siehe „Rechte in Bimplus“).

The administrator of the Bimplus project (or the account owner of the Bimplus account) assembles the project team for each Bimplus project. Basically, the appoints the project members for this project. The project administrator can invite any email address to take part in Bimplus. By assigning different member roles to the team project members invited to a project team, the project administrator can give the team members different rights, thus controlling who is allowed authorized to view, download, or edit project data. A team project member who is also a project administrator (only one level below the account owner) can invite more team members to this project team.
