Access rights in Bimplus are controlled by the roles of the members. Using the Bimplus web portal, the BIM coordinator responsible for the Bimplus project usually defines the member roles, that is to say, the rights of each member.
The following roles are available:
- Project viewer:
- Viewing models
- Viewing and downloading documents
- Viewing tasks - Project editor:
Same rights as the project viewer; plus
- Uploading and creating models
- Creating revisions of models
- Uploading documents
- Creating, editing and deleting tasks
- Editing project details
- Checking for clashes - Project administrator:
Same rights as the project editor; plus
- Downloading and deleting models
- Deleting documents
- Inviting members
- Assigning member roles - Team owner:
Same rights as the project administrator; plus
- Creating and deleting projects
